SCAM SCAM SCAM. signed up for a $5.99 trial, hated it and could not cancel, the “unsubscribe” does not work and when I emailed them, it’s just creates a loop says my I need to verify my email, I ended up changing my credit card number, the ONLY way I could get out from underneath them.

I tried it for 4.99. Gave me 5 hair choices that didn't match my face. 5 days later they charged another 19.99. Total waste of money. Don't try it!!

There is literally no way to cancel this subscription that I didn't even sign up for. I now have to go to the BANK to get a new debit card in order to stop being charged $19.99 a week! And we all know what comes with getting a new debit card. Ugh. Scam is all I can say. They are stealing money and who knows what other info. Do not download this app!

I didn't want a free trial and now I'm being charged a fee. I'm really upset about this because how did they get all my bank card information?!! I can't even connect with them online... If anyone has a helpful answer please let me know.

Signed up for one of $7 charge and now been charged 2 more times in a 2 week period $66 waiting on reply from the company to refund.

Same thing pretty much everybody else is saying. Hopefully this helps... go to the website, scroll down, and you'll see "unsubscribe" at bottom right. When you click that, it will ask to send an OTP to your email address. I'd gotten the app on Playstore, and I suspect they're counting on us to not try the actual website. The most recent "payment" was a couple days ago so I'll have to wait a few days to see if it worked; I'll let y'all know!

After signing up don’t know how? For a weekly £19.99 a week subscription!!! I managed to fill out the form to customer service to cancel all. I got a reply from David Nill who canceled it all thank goodness (Thankyou).However I will not be using HypnoPixcels again as it was not what I really wanted.

I paid for a trial week to see if it works for hairstyles. It doesn’t. So I cancelled the first day. Now they bill me evey week despite the fact I cancelled in time not to become a subscriber. There is no help in the app or website to cancel. I wrote to state that I don’t want their services but all I got was an email with a thank you for becoming a subscriber and a new bill.

I’ve never been able to access the app. Not happy with it at all. I would like a full refund.

A reliable and well-designed app. The AI does a great job maintaining natural facial features while enhancing the overall look.

After reading all the ‘fine print” once I had paid to use the app, I realized that I had signed up for a weekly subscription. The instructions given to cancel my subscription weren’t useful as I couldn’t find the screens described in the instructions. I reached out to customer service for help and within a couple days I received an email from David at customer service that the cancellation of my subscription had been taken care and that I will no longer be billed for service. It only took the one email and a short time for resolution

Never signed up they charge me 19.99 $ a week. Im on a fixed income ad cannot afford to be scammed

I created a few photos on one day. I haven't been able to log in again to cancel, or to email the company, or to reach them any other way. They are charging me $19.,99 per week. Scam!

Do not get this!! You'll never get out bc they make is impossible to cancel. They deserve a negative 5star review. Worst one out there.

After seeing an add on FB numerous times for them I decided to try the feature where it shows different hairstyles. I was cost of $5 for I think looks. I ordered it $ taken from my account but I can't even access the app unless I pay a minimum of $15 more for 1 month or could for somewhere around $60 for 1 year. No. Not at all what I paid 5 for.

I never subscribed to Hypnopixels and was charged $19.99. I went on the app and erased all of my information but I'm worried about being charged again. This is insane.
