Over 5 months and still waiting for my…
Over 5 months and still waiting for my shoes, tracking showing still pending. Have just lodged another complaint and hopefully can get a refund. Ordered shoes supposedly in stock but still waiting is not good enough. I will contact PayPal and see if they can get my money back.

Absolutely love these sneakers
Absolutely love these sneakers. They are so comfortable and have great cushioning in the sole. I wear a size 7-1/2 to 8 shoe (US), so I purchased a size 8 in these sneakers. Fit is perfect with socks on. The only reason I gave it a four was the length of time it took to receive them. I didn't realize they were being shipped from outside of the U.S.

Paid for an order not received it and there is no way of getting hold of the company!!!
I have sent several emails to the customer services department to find out when my order: 1875885 will be delivered. I have had no communication back at all and for all I know they have taken the payment and I'll never get my order! Hopefully this gets someone doing their job!! Extremely disappointing if this is the customer service... or is it a scam?

Need to return
I bought 2 pairs of these shoes, with high hopes of a great pair of shoes! 1 for me, 1 for my 90 yr old mom. Neither pair work for us - uppers are too loose, heel pad inside feels like walking on a rock.
I have been trying for 4 days to contact someone to get a return started and cannot get anyone to reply. With the 14 day return policy I am just about out of time.
Why do they offer a return option and no way to get the return done?

Scam- They don’t honor their return policy
The sneakers I purchased were too large. I followed their instructions posted on their site to return them. They would not reply to me, even after many emails over the course of two weeks. Do not buy these shoes! They don’t honor their return or exchange policy!

Not exactly as promised
These shoes did arrive as promised and the tracking was a little strange but worked out well. The shoes on the other hand are not as nice for my feet as I was hoping. They were $70 for the "specialized" insole that does not stay in place and falls out whenever I remove the shoes. I was hoping these would be an alternative to my very expensive ortho sneakers but they are really only good for walking around the house and running a few errands not for 2-3 mile daily walks.

So the return policy is starting to…
So the return policy is starting to worry me. They give you 14 days from the time you recieve the shoes. I started contacting them as soon as i got the shoes 5 days ago and still no response.hopefully the 14 days doesnt run out and im out of luck getting stuck with shoes that dont fit
I will update this reveiw if i hear from them..but so far nothing.

I have tried to contact this company…
I have tried to contact this company via their website 3 times in the last 11 days regarding returning my shoes. No response. You don’t even get an auto email response saying we have your question. I don’t think this business is legit.
Emailed Lara like in the response to this review they gave. It has been 2 days and still no reply back.
They gave me a return address so I sent back the shoes. Yay!
BUT IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS AND STILL NO REFUND. I have had to contact my bank for this scam company.

These shoes do not live up to their…
These shoes do not live up to their name. I am a nurse on foot for 8+hours a day. I need a soft light weight sole. These shoes are heavy which for quick walking makes you feel like your dragging your feet. They also hurt my feet badly 2 hours into my shift. My feet slip around in them and support for the ankle is non existent which sucks badly for people with planter facitis. Unfortunately I have voided my return policy, so now I have yet another useless pair of work shoes in the cupboard. I did think thesecould be the awnser to my sore feet prayers, but since I have now done my money, (nurses dont get paid much) all I can do is leave a very honest review telling people buyer beware. There are much better options for work shoes out there.

I cannot get a reply from these people ...l have tried and tried to contact them to no avail ...l want to return these unworn shoes as they are the wrong size ... not what l asked for ... and l cant get my foot into them ...great shoes l think but unwearable for me .. l am away now on holiday so cannot return them for 2 weeks

Just to let you know, we always offer free exchanges, and we never require the customer to send back the ill-fitting pair of shoes if all they want is an exchange.
As for returns, all you need to do to get the ball rolling is contact us by email within 14 days following delivery and express your intention to send back the shoes. We will then provide you with the address to the return center located closest to where you are.
