An amazing service for musicians and an excellent support team!

Hypeddit is so far one of the most successful marketing services we've used, hands down. We've even gotten on Spotify alogrithmic playlists a couple of times.

Customer support-wise, JV was very helpfull, expalined everything very well and resolved our issue promptly.

Patrick at Hypeddit was quick to respond to my issue, requested the additional information he needed and got to the solution rapidly. Courteous and professional as I have come to expect from the people at Hypeddit.

Support has been completely unhelpful, offering only copy-paste responses and no actual resolution. We paid for a service that doesn't work, and now we’re on the verge of losing a client due to their ongoing failure.

After days of delays and escalations, still no technical intervention. It’s unacceptable. We do not recommend this service to any serious marketer or agency depending on reliable campaign execution.

When I want to download a damn song, firstly it steals all my private information including my name and email adress, spams my inbox with offers, tells me to support the author, and no matter what this site DOES NOT want me to download that song, even if I did every step requested. It promises me the download after a specific step, but it comes out there's another one I have to complete, and so on. This is a joke.
