Quite possibly the best customer care experience I have ever had. I got in touch asking them why they kept charging me even though I had cancelled my paid plans several months ago. As a new UK Indie music artist it is very difficult to get known and find your audience. Our research led us to choose Hypeddit.com as a sensibly-priced service that users have reported success with. Our initial setup inevitably led us to the confusing world of Meta ads / tracking pixels and the like, and at first I admit that it felt daunting, especially as we hit a couple of roadblocks with things that we just didn't know how to navigate. Not expecting too much we reached out to Hypeddit support....and the level of service & responsiveness has been nothing short of astounding. love hypeddit but recently received an unclear popup offer that seemed a bit like a cash grab without knowing EXACTLY what my current subcription was. It ended up working out ok when talking with customer service.

Mike was incredible! If I could give him 10 stars I would! There is no way I could have navigated this ad set up on my own and not only was he technically adept, he understood the music and gave great counsel on how to accomplish my goals!
