I just made a purchase last night…
I just made a purchase last night (Order #51855) and I replied to the confirmation email asking if it was possible to guarantee that I have my order on 10/30 and that I was willing to pay extra to do so. I'm not sure if I replied to the proper email, but I couldn't find a way to contact you on your website. If you can't guarantee that I have it by Friday, then I would like to cancel my order.

They charge $20 to ship and a week later refuse to give you a tracking number. There is no way of contacting them through their webpage or view your order status. I think this site is a scam. Stay away

MSU Let's Get Rowdy Shirt - Shipped Wrong color shirt.
The order I made with HypeCloth for for a maroon shirt with white lettering. It was on my order confirmation email. On my shipping email, I notified them that the shirt color said Cardinal Red and that I ordered Maroon. They never responded and I received a Cardinal Red colored shirt. I will give them 2 starts, because the turn around time from order to delivery was very quick.

Hypecloth stole my original artwork and is selling it on shirts and I cannot find a way to contact them to request these products get taken down. I am very upset that they are ripping me off as I am an independent artist and my livelihood depends on my original work.
