No problem!

Everything was smooth, just a lot of plastic packing - the masks were packed by two in small plastic bags - I was wondering to what extend this can be avoided.

Prix hypers compétitifs, beaucoup de sérieux, livraison trÚs rapide, qualité chinoise ... la plupart des européens ne se l'imaginant pas et cependant quasi tous nos hypers et supermarchés sont inondés de produits chinois sans qui nous ne pourrions avoir autant de choix!
Produits commandés: des masques K95 en fait FFP2: trÚs satisfait!

Yes, that is very disappointing. But the other delivery services are not faster either. Besides, there is a big congestion of parcel shipments to and from the UK since December 2020. Nevertheless, this is not a good reason to rate us negatively. The alternative for us would be to stop delivery traffic to the UK until the situation normalises. But that wouldn't be a solution either, would it?

Eigentlich war der Kauf ok. Aber diese stÀndigen Emails "bewerte uns", "bewerte uns" waren nicht schön. Soetwas sollte entfallen - aber hier ist es (fast) egal. Also doch 4 Sterne.

unusable FFP 2 "reusable" masks

Masks are way to small for me to wear (ears get bend forward and masks slips off), and even for my smaller girlfriend 2 masks ripped off in a week - and she complains about pain after wearing them.
Have contacted the customer service: they said they forwarded my feedback to purchase department - doesn't fix my problem at all. When asking for a solution in a second mail, they sent me an amazon link where to buy "mask extenders" - instead of offering to return their low-quality-product - no refund for the damaged masks offered.
So, after all, bad quality and bad customer service - sending experience was fine which is of no use if the product is useless.
Have also bought a disinfection device for masks from them - have lost trust that this is any good now and will probably not use it then - and sending back costs you up to 20 Euro as they say on their page...
Also interesting: you can find companies called Hyperstech.com, Hyperstech.co and Hypertech here on trustpilot (and probably others) with lousy reviews each of them which seem to have the same product range...

The author of this review, a person from Aschaffenburg in Germany, engages in disinformation. He told us the following on 18 January 2021:

"I bought reusable masks + UV disinfection device. Haven't used the disinfection device yet for below reason.

Very dissatisfied with the masks. I'm a tall person (2m) an I am not able to use the masks as the rubber-band is simply to small. My ears get bent forward so much that the masks is in constant danger of slipping off - and it is highly uncomfortable to wear.

When trying to connect the rubber bands with a little snatch behind my head in order to reduce the pressure on my ears, the rubber band ripped off the mask - bad quality.

If you guys sell masks that are not wearable for people that differ from the norm you must say so.

Have bought non-reusable masks from Medisana (DM chain) that were way better designed than yours.

For me, you product is not only not reusable but unusable."

Our reusable FFP2 protective masks are of high quality and their dimensions are quite normal. Therefore, they cannot fit people with a very large head, as the person from Aschaffenburg says he is. He should have known this before he bought them. We have nothing to do with a company like Hyperstech.com, which dropships from China. We not do dropshipping.

Of course, every one of our customers has a right of return. Just how disingenuous this statements are can be verified by anyone by his false claim that a parcel from Aschaffenburg in Germany to Berlin in Germany, where our logistics partner is located, would cost 20 euros. Such a parcel costs 3.60 euros with Hermes, for example. He knows this very well, of course, and he is merely claiming something else here in order to damage our company and make it publicly despicable.

We offered to the customer:

"We are lowering the price of our masks once again today. We could send you 30 of our masks for the EUR 22.90 You paid for the masks. Or we could pay the EUR 22.90 back to You.

Please let us know which of these two options you prefer."

He prefered the payback, and we payd EUR 22.90 for the masks back.
