When the product actually arrived it was perfect. Perfect condition. Communication wasn’t great. Struggled to get answers and took an extra £930.55 from my credit card which was never confirmed what/how/why? But was refunded once brought to their attention.

Very fast delivery and top quality product. Would highly recommend

When ordering from a company especially for the first time I've learnt it's important to read the bad reviews to see if there is a theme behind them.

With HyGym it's delay and delivery.

Exactly what I experienced.

Previous reviews suggest this has not just been a recent problem.

You need to have good processes and procedures in place to be a good business otherwise your potential customers go elsewhere.

After speaking to Shane I will revise my scoring as he called me to understand the issues experienced so he can implement any necessary changes.

I highlighted my concerns regarding delivery and delay issues and how that negatively affects the customer.

Shane seems a genuine guy trying to build a business in difficult times.

The delivery angle if better will ensure the sale lost with me is not one of many.

I don't accept poor service from any company and if it happens no-one gets a 2nd chance.

Ordered and paid for a rowing machine on 8th September. Still not arrived. Very disappointing. Won’t buy from them again. They made promises on the chat line but still no result.

Great company to deal with and good customer service. Will use again in the future.

I've ordered from HyGym before, always been pleased with the service. My weights and bar arrived in really good time and well packaged. Only complaint was that they were all really sticky! Took ages to clean them to use them. Never had this issue before but will still use HyGym again in the future.

Simple transaction, great value and FAST delivery. Also great quality products, very reasonably priced. I explored additional products after my first purchase with Hygym and during that process, communication was quick and direct. Would recommend for small gym owners and home gym purchases.

The bike arrived very promptly, a bit too promptly actually, as I had actually, asked for it to be delivered on either a Monday or a Saturday.
Seeing the size of the box and the weight, it's understandable that once the boxes are on a delivery lorry, the company doesn't want to then, have to unload and then reload again.
The bike was packaged well, but on opening, I noticed that the plastic sleeve that runs inside the seat post was damaged.
One call to Ben, and a new sleeve was despatched immediately to me.
All in all a very easy company to deal with, and Ben was very helpful.
The bike itself is well made and very sturdy, and I would definitely recommend, both the bike and the company, Hy-Gym.

Really impressed with Hygym. I have purchased the dumbbell set and stand… really impressive and brilliant quality for the price. So I made a second purchase of 30 & 35kg dumbbells. Look forward to when the 40+ dumbbells are in stock. Highly recommend Hygym without question.
