So I bought a squat rack off these guys and I must say when it came I was more than happy with it. In my opinion it’s worth more that they sell it for. I’m quite picky when I get something and look for faults. The welds look strong and once up it’s solid as a rock. I’m so happy with it. The delivery time was longer than normal but with the current climate you expect that anyway. Shane one of the guys at HyGYM is an absolute top guy. Nothing was too much for him. I’m a nightmare wanting info about products before I buy and I always have loads of questions and he was more than happy to answer every question. He’s even messaged me and talked me through assembly. They company as a whole is a great one as far as I can comment. I’d recommend to anyone. I WILL be ordering again. Thanks guys I wish you all the luck in the world with your company. 🤪

I had been searching for dumbbells for while that are the weight I need and at a reasonable price and when I found these I had no hesitation in purchasing them. And communication with the company and delivery of my products was very quick!

Order placed on 17th November for a set of adjustable dumbbells. It is now 4th January, and I have not received any response to my emails, (23rd Dec & 2nd Jan)

UPDATED: Shane (founder) called and explained the challenges they have been having due to COVID, and delivered against the new timelines he gave me.

Placed order on 6th December as an Xmas Gift for and instock item to be delivered on the 16th. It’s now the 22nd, I have called this company over and over with no answer. Emailed and received no response.

Update:Had a response shortly after leaving this review which at least is a positive way forward. I have been assured that goods will be shipped next week and that the issue has been logistical problems which I understand in the current climate. If goods arrive as promised then I will update rating.

Update: Just to let everyone know. Goods eventually arrived. After initial issues, had good communications and all issues were resolved.

I ordered an adjustable kettlebell and a weight bench on Tuesday and it arrived 3 days later (Friday) Really impressed with the quality and service. We would certainly use HYGYM again.

Ordered the Full rack and power bench from Hygym.co.UK after researching I found hygym to be at the spec I wanted for the budget I had. I knew when ordering there was going to be a wait due to COVID and was given an estimate of 45 days for delivery before I placed my order. I was notified of a delay and offered a 5% discount. I’ve bought from major brands and had delays upto to a month with no gesture of goodwill, so FairPlay to hygym for that. In total it did take 53 days but it was to be expected and no doubt stock issue will get better when the pubs open again!

Building - I would recommend a decent socket and ratchet set as the spanners provided are abit gutless. Once built its solid, good welds, decent powder coated finish to the frame and coated in red colour way poly in the bash areas and bar supports, dip bars. Handles are abs, forged carabiner links, steel cable pulley system.

The bench is also decent fully adjustable and quick and easy to adjust, takes all the weight of 100kg dude like myself 👍

I’ve started following Hygym on the socials as they are due to bring out add-ons in the new year, there are also images of set ups there on the feeds as I can't post pics here

Extremely speedy and fast delivery. Dumbbells are brilliant and a bargain at the price. Very happy.

As stated on their website there is a wait for the adjustable dumbbells but well worth the wait. Great product at an excellent price and really good communication throughout. Highly recommend.

I ordered the adjustable dumbbells. A slight delay on delivery but well worth the wait. Great product and the team did a great job getting them to me and keeping me informed. I did a lot of research on competitive products and I like quality items...these are great for the money! Yes I would recommend.
