Not rechargeable as stated need to attached to power bank the whole time ! After 36 emails back and forward they have given me an address to get a full refund tho I have a feeling they will go back and I will hear no more ! Do NOT waste your money on these!

Can't contact them, their mailbox is full. Gloves aren't rechargable

I bought two pays both of which turned out to be faulty
This company has no scruples whatsoever or reasonable customer service policy
Faulty goods can be returned for a full refund but you have to pay postage and won’t receive a refund on the postage

I can’t go for less than 1. But never received the item they are refusing a full refund and now ignoring my emails. Save yourself the money don’t bother

Description is purposely deceptive!
The gloves are not rechargeable as described, they need to be permanently plugged into a power bank in order to provide some mediocre heat anyway.
Refunds don’t work either.
You will lose your money if you buy those.

Terrible material and definitely not thermal.. the ones I got done even have a charger as advertised stay away from this shop. I wish I had read the reviews

Completely useless and waste of money. Shame there's no 0 star.
There was no information on the website to explain the gloves were in fact non chargeable.
All their items are 'on sale' and you can't send back sale items or get a refund.

I wish I would have read the reviews! Gloves only heat when the are plugged in to a USB port. And when they heat up, the glue that holds the heating element dissolves. I used that fact to remove the wires and am using them as non-heated gloves. I guess, at least I received the product, even if it doesn't work correctly.

Never again! Gloves are totally useless…. I wish I had seen the reviews before I purchased them via facebook.

Gloves stated as rechargeable but this is incorrect as they need to be permanently plugged into a power bank for each hand. Gloves poor material and heated area very small and fragile looking.

The rechargeable gloves are massive & once charged are sort of warm in one area but there is no way of switching on/off. 6 emails back & forth about returning & a full refund but they really don’t want you to return them plus it costs so much to return that it’s not worth it. Total waste of money

Not as advertised, heat only works when gloves are plugged in to power source. do not buy.

I understand that there is a refund policy but at the moment they keep offering a paltry discount offer. The gloves are worse than useless. I fear I may have lost my money. Currently threatening with Trading Standards. Please do not buy these gloves.

Avoid this company at all costs. Gloves are not rechargeable and their returns policy is not straight forward and free. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Just crap merch

Ordered rechargeable gloves mid December as a Christmas present. They arrived (from China) at beginning of January. Gloves are not rechargeable - they are only warm when plugged in which is completely ridiculous. Serves me right for buying cheap and from China. I have requested a return/refund but not particularly hopeful.

These gloves require a constant power source to remain hot…. Nothing rechargeable about them. And the heat pad is tiny!
Refunds are not possible as they are an overseas company, do not waste your money!
