I got your toe spacers a while ago & liked them so much that when you offered the shoe insoles I ordered them on the strength of how much I liked the toe separators. I asked why my bunion corrector didn't look like the one advertised on line and I was told very politely that I didn't purchase the one depicted on line with the Hyggear name across the top..The rep said that they'll send me the one with the name across the top --NO CHARGE, an I don't have to return what I have. I'm very pleased with their customer service.

I ordered Hyggear Balm designed for crepey wrinkly skin & what I received was a medicated Balm for joint pain - nothing to do with hydrating the skin. The container cover just called Miracle Balm - Not as advised as Hyggear Balm.

Hyggear is a scam. Their lightly stretched fabric will not improve any bone disfigurement. Ask any podiatrist. I bought bunion corrector and realized how useless it is. It could not be returned to China where it comes from.

The toe braces did not work for me. I talked with Lucas and asked what my options were. He was very understanding and sent me step by step instructions in case I wasn't doing it correctly. I was and it was still not working for me. The options were to send them back or take a 50% refund. I choose the refund. He was again very helpful and supportive and the refund has been issued. He was very prompt with answering emails which I truly respect. Thank you, Deborah
