Mesdames messieurs bonjour le problème à la commande c'est que j'ai demandé un chargeur 18 volts 4.0Ah et comme il n'en n'avait pas ou plus ils m'ont dit qu'ils allaient en recommander que ça allait durer un peu plus longtemps au niveau de la livraison j'ai accepté de perdre du temps pour pouvoir mon livre ce chargeur
Et à la place alors que j'avais refusé l'offre on m'a envoyé un chargeur de 2 Ah bien sûr je peux l'utiliser mais malheureusement ça met plus de temps. Donc voilà mon mécontentement je pense que ça sera la dernière fois que je commanderai chez HYCHIKA.

He comprado sus productos desde Amazon y la oferta ha sido muy buena, herramienta de buena calidad, pero las piezas de repuesto y accesorios no están disponibles en Amazon. Si quiero comprar algo debe ser por la página web pero no envían a mí ubicación si no está en Amazon no puedo comprarlo.

J’ai commandé une nouvelle batterie sur leur site. Le montant a été prélevé mais depuis plusieurs semaines, aucune nouvelles. Ils ne répondent pas aux mails. Le service après vente propose un chat mais dès qu’on écrit un message la réponse est instantanée : »nous ne sommes pas joignables, laissez nous un mail ». Inutile de dire que le mail reste sans réponse.
J’imagine que j’ai perdu le montant de ma commande….
Bref, des escrocs

Unreliable drill & customer service
Bought a Hychika cordless drill. Within a year the chuck torque setting failed so it now spits out drill bits.I've lost a good bit and curse the drill, but all other aspects are okay. Recently I emailed Hychika to request a replacement chuck. They replied saying they will check their stock but subsequently nearly 2 weeks later I've still got no further communication from them. Update edit a month later: Hychika has still not sourced a replacement drill chuck for me but see fit to pester me with marketing emails. Avoid!

A maggio 2021 Ho comprato da Amazon la motosega Hichika modello CS40B Lama 35,5 Cm (14''), Passo 1/4, Spessore 1.09 mm, maglie 76 che sino a 10 giorni fa ha funzionato perfettamente. Avendo la necessita di cambiare la catena e non trovando nessun ricambio in nessun sito con queste caratteristiche vorrei un conasiglio per cambiare eventualemte sia la catena che la lama.

Pessima esperienza
Pessima esperienza, dopo nemmeno un mese il prodotto hychika levigatrice orbitale ( acquistato su Amazon ) ha smesso di funzionare. Acquistato per uso Hobbistico e non professionale, in 20 giorni è stato usato forse 10 volte per non più di mezz'ora. Costa poco e vale meno! Servizio Assistenza inesistente! Non lo riparano, non lo sostituiscono e non fanno il rimborso. Rispondo al commento: Ho contattato il servizio clienti dove mi e stato date delle false speranze. Mi avete detto di tenermelo così com'è! Il servizio assistenza non esiste, posso confermarlo dalle mail ricevute!

From the order sent and payment they kept you informed when it was dispatched and when it was going to be delivered , it was delivered on the date they gave so couldn't fault them at all.
