Hybridgaming Omdömen

Excellent service. Local business helped with the initial job but also advised of a few upgrades that would help me.
No pressure to do these upgrades.
Excellent value and communication on the progress

Mark was very friendly, helpful, explained everything to my dad, very knowledgeable and would highly recommend.

They responded to my initial message outside of their opening hours, I was looking for a new pc and they provided multiple options that fit my budget and requirements. I couldn't pick it up until Sunday which is when they are closed but the person I spoke to said that they could come down and open up so I could pick it up (although I decided to get it the next day). Easy to set it all up and it runs perfectly, brilliant service as well.

First time in today and everyone was very friendly. Issue with my daughters iPad was fixed in no time at all.

Will defiantly be using Hybridgaming again if I have an other technology problems

A short visit as my wife's phone was not working properly (not sending messages). The problem diagnosed as a fault with the sim provider - all done in a very friendly manner - well done guys (and lady)

I have had numerous interactions with Hybrid gaming over the last 6 months. I have bought a gaming PC for my son, a refurbished laptop for myself and I have also just booked a gaming party for my sons 10th birthday. They are very competitively priced and what is particularly stand out is their excellent service/support post sale. They go over and above to resolve any issues.

These guys are fantastic ,this is my second repair I’ve had done. they are super quick, communication is exceptional and very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend as they go above and beyond

Really helpful, friendly and excellent customer service. Highly recommend

After having an issue with the screen on my sons Nintendo Switch hybrid gaming identified the issue, ordered the part and had it back to me within a couple of days.

Excellent customer service!

Can't rate Hybrid Gaming highly enough! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and passionate staff who helped me choose a gaming pc for my son. No question was too daft and nothing was any trouble... Just superb from start to finish and I have a very happy son and a stress free me!

Been a few times to shop and bought a few pcs from dave over the years, never any problems, Great help, good prices

Nothing in case. Does not look like it's worth the money. But I'm older generation computer builder.

The customer service was really great, I've never even attempted to buy a PC before, as I'm a console player, so the customer service was very helpful and recommended me a PC set up that could support the few games I'll play on the PC and kept me in budget.

Hybrid gaming are one of the most amazing bunch of guys willing to lend me a graphic card and a mifi router before buying to make sure It works. I can’t recommend them enough. If your looking to get a start up gaming pc for your little one or up grade to a more advanced gaming set up these guys are the ones to speak too. Honest Good people. Thanks for all your help.

Very helpful from start to finish. Took the time to establish my needs and created a bespoke build to suit. Great comms throughout. Thanks again.

Really helpful, friendly communication and quick responses.
PC itself is great. All set up and ready to go.
Nice to have a local business where you can deal with and speak to real people who care. Also confident that if there are any issues, need to upgrade in the future, that I can pop back in any time.

Highly recommend Hybrid computing.
All very helpful.

I purchased a gaming pc for my son’s birthday as a surprise, the guys very kindly offered to help me with the surprise. Very thoughtful of them to do this.

What a gem of a company Hybrid Gaming is! They have offered genuine advice and assistance from day one, they asked all the right questions to understand my needs, they did not employ any pushy sales tactics, and they offer amazing sales support. They have excellent communication all around, and the product I purchased is fantastic value for money. Hybrid Gaming offers a truly personal experience in today’s oversaturated and overpriced AI-driven market so as a customer choosing them was a no-brainer. I will definitely spread the word to everyone I know about them, as every single person working here is knowledgeable and lovely. Julie, Morgan and Megan provided invaluable advice and went above and beyond helping me choose the right pc for my needs, and I am beyond chuffed with the end result. 11/10 business!
