I spent a couple of weeks with Tatenda booking a unit in Stamford for a four month period of time. After many follow ups, she assured me the unit would be available, I made my reservation, paid my deposit and all was well. Until one week before I was supposed to move in, the company canceled my reservation via email. When I called to figure out what was happening, Arvi said they had a glitch in the scheduling and overbooked. However, he said the manager was trying to look into the situation and maybe could still make it work. 24 hours later, no call, no information. So I called again, and Tatenda put the blame on the system glitch for the calendar. What she never wanted to say is that the company wants more money for the nights they can charge higher rates vs my monthly rate we had all agreed upon. Highway robbery. Would never recommend this company to anyone. I am still waiting for a call back from a manager, but I am not holding my breath.

Loved the quaint cafe just around the corner! Our stay was cozy, the place sparkling clean, and the host was super friendly. Perfect quick getaway!

WiFi was top-notch, great for my work calls. The pet-friendly policy was perfect for our dog. More towels would be nice next time.

I arrived at Hyatus' so called luxury apartment in Bethlehem PA - the property was HORRIBLE. The building had dumped furniture around it on the parking lot side, a graveyard on another and a very sketchy neighborhood on the other. Hallway was pitch black so I couldn't see as I approached the door. I called them immediately and booked a different hotel. Their offer to make it right with a refund never came for my $652.65. Classic customer service run around. Buyer beware.

This apartment and it was truly awesome! The location is perfect, right next to City Crossing and all of its amazing restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and all the amenities you need. The parking was also incredibly convenient, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!
