Website needs help

Website needs help. It would not process my order (not the first time). I ended up emailing my rep., Christian, he was all over it and took care of my request.
While on the subject please cut out all peripheral ads and information on the confirmations. I go through 2 cartages of ink to print out the confirmation. Yes exaggeration but still half a page of black ink, come on.

Barrett helped me find the parts I needed, so helpful!

This comment is in regards to the service I received from Barrett. He helped me sort through their HUGE inventory of parts to find the ones that might work for me. He then sent me out samples free of charge. I have received them and they work perfectly. He is definately knowledgeable and a great resource. Getting ready to place an order now! I have used them in the past for other orders, and so far all my experiences have been good. And this is coming from someone who only tends to take the time to put out bad reviews lol

They sent the product to my billing…

They sent the product to my billing address, versus the shipping address I listed. Now I can’t track the package down.
