great communication, clarity and expertise
Adam has been most helpful throughout the experience of buying a house for the first time, always happy to explain any processes or terminology that i didnt understand, he clearly understands every aspect of his job and beyond. His regular communication with the estate agents and solicitors also proved to be very useful.

As a second time buyer and changing a lender,Adam was professional,and he could find the best offer and rate for us.

initially very helpful but as we got closer to putting an offer in on a property things changed. adam didnt call at arranged times and became hard to contact. we lost out on our dream home. 3 weeks in and im still awaiting a promised call back.
have since found someone else to sort a remortgage

We're really sorry that you feel unhappy with the way we handled your enquiry, and that you felt that you could not call us to talk to us about it.
As I mentioned in my email, we were waiting for you to return documents/information to us and due to our increased level of trading, we regret that we have not had time to chase every initial enquiry that we do not hear back from.
As we have already confirmed to you, we have investigated this instance and we have acknowledged that our last email requesting further information was sent to a misspelt email address.
We have admitted liability for our lost communication from the 1st April, and we understand that you felt let down that we had not tried to reach you since, however as we have only offered you free consultation so far and not actually transacted any business I'm afraid we cannot assume any responsibility for you not being able to purchase your dream home.
We have found that many customers would happily confirm that we are very easy to reach (inside and outside of office hours) on the telephone, via email, or through our website. By becoming inaccessible at the point where a client is about to offer would be contradictory to our business values and objectives.
As mentioned in our last communication, as a gesture of goodwill we have offered to waive any broker fees should you require our services moving forwards.

Helpful and friendly
Adam helped me to get a mortgage. This was my first time buying a property by myself so I was a complete novice. Adam helped me every step of the way keeping it simple so even I could understand what needed to be done and what my best options were.
Very friendly service and quick to respond to any questions that I had. Would definitely recommend
