Terrible delivery service.
Haven't actually received the product as delivery was apparently attempted while the delivery location was still open, three failed attempts due to poor weather then finally no delivery but apparently rejected by myself on attempt of delivery and sent back. Awful service. Can't rate the product as it never arrived.

Update Laura is customer service sent me out a new one the next day. Absolutely can't fault her customer service

Fantastic products and First Class customer service. Have 2 wine coolers and 1 champagne cooler. Very stylish.

I really like the cooler. It looks great, feels well made and I am very excited to try it out.

Had an order glitch but Laura, in customer services, helped me out. Honestly, it was one of the friendliest and easiest interaction with customer services I have ever had.

Bought the can/bottle holder for husband over summer - outstanding product! Genuinely kept beers cold in the heatwaves and v impressive how it avoids condensation on the outside - wizardry!! Got myself a champagne flute which also did a great job of keeping fizz cold and no damp fingers on cup from condensation either. Noticed a little mark on flute after a week - Huski immediately sent a replacement when I contacted them. Outstanding products and brilliant service.

Hands down the best experience of customer service I've ever had.
Owned a husker cooler for my 500ml energy drink, a few weeks down the line I noticed it doesn't seem to keep it cool for as long as long as it did before.
I contacted customer service who asked me to test it and let them know the outcome to which it came to that mine appeared faulty ( please don't let this issue sway you, even the best of products can have faults it does not mean the product in any way is bad)
Customer service advise they would be sending out a replacement and apologised.

You think this would be basic but had had many other companies try to sway the issue on me immedatetly.

The product is actually very good, and stops me wasting half a can ( usually game when having an energy drink so I consume them slowly and they get warm quick as my bedroom is very hot all the time)
But I have to say I'm very happy with the customer service, not just the fact the sent a replacement but the fact they admitted it appeared to be a a fault with the item, apologised and sent out a new one.

I can't recommend these products highly enough! I've ordered 2 wine tumblers, a wine cooler and the smaller can/bottle cooler, they are fabulous! My friend and I took ours to Thailand at Xmas, perfect for keeping our cocktails chilled for hours around the pool! Ice lasted 2-3 hours out of direct sunlight, in 30 degree heat! I was gutted that the big can cooler came out after I'd bought the smaller one but they followed up on my comment on their promo post & swapped it with no problem! Paid the difference and the all exchanged, paid, and resent AND delivered within 4 days! WOW!!

I ordered a wine glass, despite the one negative review. It arrived the following day. I then ordered another one in a different colour and a beer cooler for a birthday present. They also arrived the day after ordering. I think the the first reviewer was unlucky, although no excuse for bad communication. I’m happy with my purchases.
