I purchased a juicer from Hurom expecting a premium product and customer service to match the price. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.

When my juicer developed an issue that should have been covered under warranty, I submitted a warranty claim and attempted to contact customer service multiple times. Despite following their process and providing the requested information, I received only automated responses and no resolution.

Because I was unable to get any help directly from the company after numerous attempts, I ultimately had to reach out to the Better Business Bureau just to try to get their attention. Still nothing.

For a brand that positions itself as a high-end cold press juicer company, the lack of support is extremely frustrating. A warranty is only as good as the company standing behind it, and in this case the support simply hasn’t been there.

I’m not sure what else to do. The juicer won’t work with the piece that broke and I had it less than a year.

They do not have any proper means of registering a complaint. Their website talks of three to four different means. None work. Keep getting error messages. No one calls back. And all this for a product where I have paid Rs.23000! Never again

Hurom cold press juicer is absolutely the best in their field. I am a restaurant owner and I have been bought many other brands of cold press juicers for my restaurant and this time I bought Hurom Hp slow juicer and this is a very nice product made by hurom. Working very well and available at affordable price. This is also available on amazon but I bought it from hurom india official website.
