Was very good very helpful good explanation and good very good demonstration Mustafa really made sure we understood and made sure that we was doing the practical side the best we can.

Mustafa delivered the Level 3 First Aid course and did a really good job. He was easy to listen to, explained things clearly, and made sure everyone understood what to do rather than just going through slides.

The training was very hands-on, which helped a lot. He used real examples, answered questions properly, and took the time to go over things again if anyone wasn’t sure. He was calm, patient, and didn’t make anyone feel awkward when practising CPR or other scenarios.

The course didn’t feel rushed or like a tick-box exercise. By the end of it, I actually felt confident that I’d know what to do in a real emergency.

I’d definitely recommend Mustafa and would be happy to do future first aid training with him.

I booked the SSSTS training with Hurak for 25–26 October 2025. The actual training experience was amazing, and I was very happy with the instructor and the course itself.

However, everything after the training has been a very bad experience. I waited for my certificate but received no updates about my results or whether I had passed. I contacted customer service three times, but I never received a clear answer or any help.

Eventually, I decided to contact CITB directly to see what was happening. They informed me that my certificate had been issued on 03/11/2025 and sent to Hurak, who were supposed to forward it to me.

Today is 13/11/2025, and Hurak still hasn’t bothered to send my certificate. Fortunately, CITB sent it to me directly, and I received it today.

Overall, even though the training itself was great, the lack of communication and customer service from Hurak made this a very disappointing experience.

Update:

After posting my initial review, Hurak contacted me by phone and email to address the issue. They apologised for the delay and clarified that the problem was caused by their partner provider, High AIMS, who had failed to forward my certificate on time despite Hurak following up with them. Hurak informed me that they have escalated the matter internally and have since stopped working with that provider for this location to prevent this happening again.

As a gesture of goodwill, they also provided me with complimentary access to a Traffic Marshal online course. Their response and efforts to resolve the issue were much appreciated, so I am updating my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Hurak. I purchased a NEBOSH General Certificate course believing that the price was all-inclusive, as clearly advertised at the time of purchase. However, when the exam date approached, I was unexpectedly told I needed to pay an additional £250 for the exam.
This is misleading and unfair to customers. Before purchasing, I compared several providers and chose Hurak because I wanted a one-off payment with everything included. Unfortunately, this turned out not to be the case. They using drop shipping culture for their service and dont provides teaching courses.
The customer service experience was also poor I received inconsistent information from different representatives, and no one seemed to take proper responsibility for the issue. It felt like the company’s main focus is on selling courses rather than genuinely supporting students or providing quality training.
I strongly advise others to avoid buying expensive courses from Hurak unless you get everything in clear written confirmation first. The information on their website is unclear and misleading, and their practices have left me feeling deceived and disappointed.
DO NOT RECOMMEND to buy from them any expensive courses!!!

They disclose on their website they do in-person examinations local to me in cardiff. They then tell me this isnt the case and say i'd have to travel to dartford. I requested a refund, this took over a week to be responded to, they then tell me 10 days for the funds to reappear... it has been a month. They avoid calls as they have a screening to see who is calling.

My name is Muhammad Waqas .just done my level 1 health and safety construction environment course .My instructor Maz was brilliant.The way he explain everything was very good .I pass first attempt.i recommend hurak to everyone
