this chair is an exquisite masterpiece it has shocked me from my toes to me retnas istg my socks jumped off my feet when i placed thy gluteuas maximus upon thy chair. p.s i have cancer and im dying or so i thought until i sat on this chair. i was told i had mere days left butt... this chair.. no my friend has saved thy life and i am forever in its debt. also i eat crisps and bark.(my name is really dave.)

Brilliant service and a great product at a good price. When I rang customer services to query the height of the storage boxes with lid [there were 2 different heights given] the lady checked with the warehouse who were able to confirm the correct overall height.
They arrived within 24 hours and are perfect.

Really good price for really good furniture. Delivery was excellent (our location is not an easy one to find) and the delivery driver could not have been more helpful. Great service at a great price - what more can you ask for these days 😁

The company has a statement about who they are. Whatever you do, PLEASE don’t take a word of this seriously. When you are told by the Central Distribution Centre, that the warehouse has put you on hold and you cannot get someone to speak to you to update you on the location of your order, and this goes on for close to 10 minutes you have to wonder who you are dealing with. Are you asking me to believe that there is no one available in the warehouse office (if they have one) to speak to me?

Keeping costs down is one thing. Not being able to communicate with your warehouse is madness! I asked 3 times what the term “Priority Delivery” meant. The person answering my enquiry, that had the warehouse on hold, told me it was a term used internally. It had no bearing on the speed of my order or any importance placed on it. The staff member reminded me that the item had a lead time of up to 15 working days following the order. She promised to call me back. So guess what happened next? Yes. You guessed right. NOTHING! The stuff people can get away with continues to amaze me. So you make up your mind whether you should give these people your money?

Excellent company and staff. Great response time and order came on time. Will be using again. Would recommend highly for private and company purchase. Love my new desk and chair. Great recommendations from the sales representative who gave fantastic support. Five stars all around

Ordered desk, was not supplied to courier. Followed up, delivery promised but missed again. Company became unresponsive, requested cancellation and still waiting for refund days later, about to log dispute to ensure I get my money back.

exellent I liked much more than others

Ordered from the website to find the company do not stock the item and after over a week of trying to find some to fulfil my order I ended up with a refund. Was hoping this could be a regular supplier but ended up delaying all my customers orders and will still no paper!

However, I can't fault the customer service

I purchased name badges which were on a special offer and found them to be great quality for money. My delivery came the next day and the process was great.

I'm really glad that I came across Hunt Office and look forward to making my future purchases.
