Upon receiving my parcel, I was quite undone, not merely by the excellence of the purchase (which was of the very highest order) but by the positively heavenly level of service. A handwritten note! Who does that nowadays? It was the sort of thoughtful thank you that restores ones faith in what it means to be decent. The whole experience was so charming, so utterly above and beyond that I find myself pledging to never again to darken the door step of any other retailer of pens and paper. I’ve been buying stationery, stickers, notepads, diaries and lots and lots of pens from Hunter Paper. Emma & Ross have done such a fantastic job in sourcing the best quality of pens and paper goods. They are both so helpful in giving you advice and suggestions when buying their products. They are very knowledgeable and informative and it’s great to talk stationery with them! Their range of stickers and washi tape is great and I always find something new every time I go in. It’s a great stationery store for all your everyday stationery needs but also a fantastic place to find a special gift for a stationery enthusiast.

I bought 2 lovely Ciak notebooks from Hunter Paper Co. Fast delivery, beautifully wrapped parcel, attention to detail and wonderful personalised customer service. I highly recommend and will definitely buy from them again. A lovely company.

I depaired of finding the OHTO Japanese ceramic rollerball refills anywhere until I saw that Hunter Paper carried them. They were out of stock so I put my name down to be alerted frankly thinking I'd never hear anything back. To my delight I received an email to say they were back in stock, so my request did not dissapear into the ether. I placed the order and say a big Thank You to Hunter Paper for following up.

Always a great experience shopping at Hunter Paper Co. They have great quality products. I love Japanese design and particulary love Hunter Paper's Japanese journals as the paper is so beautiful for writing on. Service is always good but, apart from indulging my stationery addiction 😄, the owners, Emma and Ross, always give things their personal touch such as little thank you notes and love hearts which makes them extra special. It's that feeling of relationship which, for me, sets them apart and I really love doing my little bit as a customer to help support such a lovely couple following their dream and contributing something of value and beauty to the world. The world certainly needs it!
