Worrying customer service experience
Unfortunately, the worst experience of online shopping I have ever had. My urgent emails regarding my damaged and inedible delivery have mostly been ignored apart from 1 which was replied to days later with no offer of a return process or resolution for the situation.
Left assuming that they sent me damaged stock and have no intention of sorting it out.
I will update this if they ever deal with the problem but customer service has been awful hitherto.
Update:- Received a refund. Without comment or apology. Grateful that I've been spared the trouble of taking further action.
