I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience with Myhuggi. They sent me the wrong color item, and despite multiple messages through their message center and several follow-up emails, I have received absolutely no response.
It’s bad enough to receive the wrong product, but to be completely ignored when trying to fix their mistake is unacceptable. Customer service should not disappear the moment there’s a problem.
At this point, it feels like they are intentionally ignoring me instead of taking responsibility. I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any support.

What an idiot I am. Checked the Huggies brand seemed ok. Total scam. I hope they enjoy the £32 they stole from a Pensioner

I ordered in September, when I tried to email them about order not delivered, no such email... total scam

Total scam - ordered mid October had email confirming order, took my money and no product delivered. Have ignored all my emails. SCAMMERS

Complete scam! Did not recieve my order and not getting and replying to emails. AVOID!!!

Wouldn't bother ordering you don't get anything and they take your money. Ordered in Sept and still nothing, no reply to emails either

Ordered 5 items from them on the 27/9/24, took money from bank, never heard anything else, sent several emails and was ignored, Then received email to say it had been delivered on the 1/10/24, utter lie. I reported to TikTok as scammers and rang my bank who managed to get my money back.
The cheeky buggers then had the audacity to email me asking why I had asked for a charge back and to provide pictures/ videos of why the products were unacceptable. Can't expect a picture of something I never received.

I also placed an order on the 6th of October and still haven't received my goods. Have sent 3 emails and I just get ignored everytime. Disgraceful!!

Wow I wish I had read the reviews before ordering two for Christmas presents.

I've ordered 3 on the 9th oct for xmas off tiktock shop and they took the money and no items, so disheartened.

Took money but never received product, ordered 7.10.2024. I was asked to download the SHOP APP to get shipping information but as of today 31.10.2024 the purchase has suddenly gone off the app to check if there us is a status update. I requested tracking update 6 times and never got a reply

Absolute scam!!!! Order 3 for Christmas gifts, money left account and not received them. Ordered September, totally ignored all my emails.

Total SCAMMERS ordered 3 huggy views for Christmas gifts. Money came straight out my account and I’ve heard nothing. Made the purchase beginning of September, sent 2 emails and received no response. I wonder how many people this company have stolen from! Disgraceful!!

I'm not sure this is the correct company name. Huggy.com isn't where I purchased the items. Huggy view is where I made the purchase. Bought 25th September. Received confirmation email. Not received products and absolutley no response from the company. Total scammers!! My bank ruled in my favour after I opened a dispute and refunded my money.

Scam company not received goods but got delivery notice. Too many scammers about

I wished I had seen these reviews before, no products arrived, no response from huggy view, I had a UPS tracking number but no response from them either, I even had a delivered notification from UPS, scam and now no way of getting my money back, if I could give less than a 1 star I would.

Scam. Took money and no product and not answering emails

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Same situation as everyone else, paid my money but no goods have arrived and no response to emails! How do we stop these people????
