Five Stars Are Just Not Enough!
Amazing help and support for over a year from Huggg with vouchers to support our free school meal students during the pandemic.
Great initial online training & simple to use guides for schools and families. Quick process to load funds, buy codes and send to families via text or email (their choice which) or to print out for them in school.
Any issues (usually user error!) have always been dealt with professionally, courteously and swiftly via online chat.
Really can’t recommend Huggg enough!

Wonderful customer service and easy to use platform
From my first inquiry right through to launching the gifts to staff, the team at Huggg were very helpful and patient. Our staff loved having the freedom of choice to pick their own gift and no one ran into any issues. Extremely easy to use and to distribute to large numbers of staff.

An excellent and simple way to send voucher codes. I'd give more than 5* if that were possible. It's quick and easy to upload recipients' details and the codes are sent at the click of a mouse. Staff are helpful - not that you'll need much help as all is straight-forward and easy to use

Great service, amazing gifts
I use Huggg for client entertaining and gifts and it's simple, effective and fun! No need to capture addresses, go to the post office or think of a gift. Especially good in the pandemic where keeping in touch was only via Zoom (gifts are far more effective....) And I've also tasted the flapjacks myself and they are AMAZING.

An awesome service
An awesome service - really simple and easy to use , especially for those moments when you're short on time. There's no faff or lengthy set up process. The Huggg team are also really helpful and responsive if you have any questions - would definitely recommend.

Huggg is a great initiative for companies who want to reward their staff either virtually with vouchers, or in person with a free sausage roll or free coffees etc. Their style is very quirky and their team is very personable and friendly - would definitely recommend!

Really easy to use website, lots of different products available. I have used Huggg a few times for gifts and all the recipients were delighted with the quality of gifts and ease of redeeming. Great customer communication too. Highly recommended :)

Love Hugg!
I love using Hugg! I use it often for team incentives and rewards and it makes it super easy to buy multiple different purchases for lots of team members at once. Anything from a 'pick me up' coffee to encourage my team to go for a walk during lockdown, to Christmas incentives for the whole team. Looking forward to seeing even more products added as I'll definitely be ordering!
