This is what happened to me and why I'm telling everyone I can to avoid this business! It's what I've already posted online in several places.
I can now explain my query as Huf Worldwide has chosen to not address what happened to my watch order. On March 10th I purchased and received a confirmation of the model SRPM09 Huf Seiko limited edition watch. I also subsequently received an email stating that I would be notifed when it was shipped. A week later instead of that email I received an email stating the order had been cancelled due to presumed fraud. This decision came wholly from their computer system (their own admission). At no time was I contacted by anyone in any way to verify my information to determine if indeed I was a real customer. I ordered (using my name, a credit card with my name and the identical billing and shipping addresses under my name) received the confirmation (as in they accepted my order and payment method) and the charge appeared on my credit card statement. Suspiciously the cancellation email was sent\received after the watch sold out. Not before when I might have been able to reorder or simply correct their mistake, AFTER. Suspicious. So I get this cancellation email and am confused. My order was confirmed by Huf Worldwide, I didn't cancel it so why was it being cancelled? They admitted in an email their computer system suspected fraud. Their computer. No human ever contacted me in any way to verify me, my identity or that my credit card was indeed mine. Had they I would gladly have given proof and I now would still be getting my watch. Yes they had my information as they sent me those confirmation and cancellation emails as well as my phone number THEY requested if they needed to contact me about my order. Instead I have little likely hood of ever owning this watch. My many emails have mostly gone unanswered and if answered are variations of the system cancelled it due to presumed fraud. As in the computer presumed and no one followed up to verify any of my information. I'm a real person who made a real purchase (that they confirmed) and Huf Worldwide chose to invalidate my purchase on the basis of their computers decision. I'll add too that the customer service phone number listed on their website doesn't get answered. At all, never. I've called it several times only to be immediately hung up on or reach a recording saying to call back later. Even when calling during business hours! In otherwards if you are a customer who needs to talk to Huf Worldwide for any reason don't bother. They will not, and apparently try very hard not to (and succeed) in avoiding interactions with you. I mistakenly thought ordering a Huf Worldwide branded watch from Huf Worldwide would be an easy purchase. Unfortunately in the last few days I've found this to be untrue. After my experience I started reading about many many people who are and have had problems with this brand. Many gave recommendations to not ever deal with this company. Now unfortunately I'm one of these people. Thus this post. I warn you, your family kids etc. NEVER purchase anything from Huf Worldwide. No products ever. Not their streetwear and certainly not watches. Even when you have a confirmed order it may still be cancelled. Not by a human but by a machine. No human will even be aware or seemingly care. Just cancelled. Oh, too. If you do get your order sent pray it's correct. Because if any part of your transaction is incorrect you may never be able to get it fixed. By email or phone. So I'm warning you again to not do business with Huf Worldwide ever. Or do and roll the dice it doesn't get screwed up!

Customer support replies only once a week, and I still haven’t been able to return my order after almost two months.
I previously bought a HAF hoodie three years ago and it was great, but the same hoodie I ordered now has incorrect sizing and very poor quality.
The return label took three weeks to receive and was rejected twice by the post office because it was invalid.
Ordered a top the start of December as…
Ordered a top the start of December as a Xmas present.
Received email saying top wasn’t available.
Told i’d receive refund and 3 weeks later still waiting.
They took my money knowing they could not fulfil my order.
Don’t get your hopes up for limited release items
I placed an order for a limited release skate deck on their site and received a confirmation and everything. Weeks later I check back and they cancelled my order stating it was out of stock and offered a 20% discount code. When I placed my order the product was in stock. Such a scam and mismanagement of orders.
Have I been scammed
Have I been scammed? Customer service is practically non existent. Orders two items and one item was incorrect, I emailed on the day and received no communication from them. A few days later i received confirmation of an order but several days later there is no update, it has not arrived and I still have had no communication. I always appreciate being contacted by a human so this isn't the level of customer service HUF should be offering. Be wary before shopping here to avoid disappointment.

I paid for next day delivery on a t-shirt which then arrived 7 days later. I was very understanding of this due to strikes but then it took a further 4 days to get a response by customer service, which shouldn’t be the case. Unfortunately the item wasn’t suitable so I sent it back using signed for delivery, I emailed them to notify them of this. It was signed for the next day, but then took a further 13 business days to get a response and a refund. This organisation is a total mess and is not trustworthy at all. Unapologetic and do not provide adequate customer service, good luck if you are looking to buy from this company.

it's been eleven days since my order was placed and according to their site it still hasnt shipped. they have not responded to any of my emails either as others have said. had I known that this would have been such a headache I'd of found the item somewhere else as it seems going through retailers is actually a lot better than going through the actual company itself. I'll continue to by the brand but never from their site.
Terrible customer service
Do not expect them to respond to you if you have a problem. They messed up my order and sent me the wrong size for 3 pairs of sneakers. Would not send me a shipping label even though it was their mistake. After I sent back the shoes at my own expense, they didn’t refund me. Emailed that clown Giovani who does customer service for Huf numerous times but no response. I had to dispute it with my credit card and they paid me.
Really bad after sales customer…
Really bad after sales customer service. I ordered 3 t-shirts from them on 6 Dec 2019 and up till today the 17 of Decemeber 2019, there are no news of my t shirt nor any replies from HUF despite paying for their Express shipping- International Priority. The only status from their website will be ' Preparing for Shipment.' It has been there for more than a week now. Sent them 2 emails and none was been replied. I will advise potential customers to not get their products.
The Best.
Great as always. Never fails to answer calls or emails for support. All shirts have fit me 100% spot on no need for tailoring. Quite pricey but it’s for quality products that I see myself in for years. Love HUF.
