I ordered two polishes which was an error. Thought I was getting the remover. Emailed within seconds of realizing what happened. They couldn't stop my order. Now I'm stuck with two fingernail polish colors that I really don't like after trying it! I don't think I'll be ordering again. Plus two coats on this nail polish doesn't work all that great.

Margaret, we are sorry you are unsatisfied. Your order was made on late on Friday evening after our team had left for the weekend. The warehouse team arrives early on Monday to fulfill weekend orders. As an indie nail polish brand, we can't staff 24/7. So, by the time our customer service team came in, your order had already left the facility.
We are happy to extend to you our top coat which makes a huge difference in the performance of the polish.
Leaky nail color
I order two colors, a base coat and a top coat but my order came with a polish that had leaked. I emailed them to let them know that it had happened and Brenden responded within 7 minutes of my email. He was friendly and placed a new order for the polish that came with the issue, no questions asked. That was 7.9.24 and I received the replacement today, 7.15.24. Overall, I am very satisfied with Huella and will continue to purchase polish from their site.

We've reached out directly to Sabrina. She had ordered right as we were transitioning to a new warehouse. For her order and other orders during this time—we offered a discount and a timeline for the delay to process orders.
Unfortunately this transition took a bit longer than expected. But we made contact to Sabrina where we shipped a free color and top coat for the added delay.

This polish chips easily
This polish chips easily. Within 3 days it was chipping. It also comes with a plastic “diamond” type decoration on top that is pointless and will just end up trash in the ocean. Very disappointed. Will not buy again.

So far so good!
I love the color of my new polish, but especially that it is a cleaner option. I've had it on my toes for over a week, and it doesn't have any chips and still looks good. I'd definitely buy again, and have recommended it to my daughters.

Doesn’t work for me.
I used the base coat and applied the color. It just doesn’t work for me. I could not get consistent coverage. Unfortunately I cannot return these products so I will pass on to a friend to try.

The best nail products
This is the best nail polish I have used to date. Everything is very thoughtfully done. The shape of the brush, cute bottle aesthetic, impeccable clean nail formula and the dry time. I always get compliments on nails. Make sure you grab a top coat! Throw your old toxic crap out and start growing a clean nail polish collection♥️

Good polish
Ordering was very easy and nail polish came very quickly. I like the polish but it really only lasts 2 days before chipping off. It's worth it to me though to have less chemicals. I just use it when I need to go out and take it off after
