DAVID FINN, It was long journey for me, as this was my first experience with a car and arranging for shipping. David made a tough job much easier and kept me informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommended using Huck Logistics, with the help of David Finn specifically.

I had an outstanding experience with Huck Logistics. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and highly efficient. They handled my shipment with great care and ensured it was delivered on time without any issues. Communication was clear throughout the entire process, and I always felt informed and reassured.
What stood out most was their customer service—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping. It's rare to find a logistics company that combines reliability with such a personal touch.

Dear network, today I would like to share a personal experience to warn you all.
I was looking for a transportation company to ship my motorcycle and car from Virginia to Boston on July 25, 2025.
As of July 15, 2025, Mr. Ryan Wilson (Auto Transport Coordinator from Huck Logistics) quoted the service at $475 plus a $100 fee, as the shipment required extra care. He also was informed that I would have to be at the Richmond International Airport, in Virginia, at 4:30 PM.
The contract was signed off, and the initial pickup day was July 24, 2025. After some issues regarding the date and time, the final pickup day informed was July 25, 2025, between 11 AM and 12 PM. I decided to call Mr. Ryan Wilson at 10:24 AM to check about the driver's location, and was surprised by the information of the driver's accident (Ron) while en route to my pickup. A new driver was assigned and quoted the service at $700, payable at the time of delivery. I decided to cancel the "service" and requested a refund of $100. Then, the additional extra care shipment fee became a non-refundable fee under unforeseen circumstances. They decided to refund me 40% as a good spirits proof.

As the owner of a busy car dealership, I've worked with several transport companies over the years, but none have matched the professionalism and reliability of Huck Logistics LLC . From the very first booking, their communication has been clear, prompt, and professional. Every vehicle has arrived on time and in excellent condition — whether it's a standard sedan or a high-end luxury model.

Their drivers are courteous and knowledgeable, and their logistics team goes above and beyond to accommodate our scheduling needs, even on short notice. It's refreshing to work with a company that understands how important timely and damage-free delivery is in the auto business.

Avoid Huck Logistics and be careful who you trust to ship your vehicle. My father was T-boned in his previous car recently and quickly needed a new vehicle, as he takes care of our mother and can't be away from the house for too long as my mother requires content assistance for daily tasks. If my father could, he would have flown in to drive the vehicle that I found him in another state, but he could not. We decided that shipping the vehicle would be a good option...But here is our experience with that.

Huck Logistics lures customers in with a low quote, only to switch things up after you’ve paid a deposit. They claimed our first driver had “mechanical issues,” and suddenly offered a new driver at a significantly higher price. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic designed to squeeze more money out of us after we were already locked in.

We were told the $250 deposit for the first driver would be refunded. That never happened—until I had to chase them down. Even then, they gave me the runaround for days, stating they needed to review the case, and making excuse after excuse about funds that were clearly owed to us.

Once I finally spoke with someone new (Ryan, “the manager”), he said they’d offer $175 back—$100 from the driver and $75 “out of his pocket”. But the reality is: we were owed $250, plain and simple. This wasn’t a goodwill gesture. It was a refund for a service they failed to provide.

To make matters worse, the original rep I was dealing with, Carlos, conveniently “no longer works there” once the car was delivered. Only after I posted a negative review on TrustPilot did Ryan offer to give us the full $250 back—but only if I agreed to take down my review. They literally held my refund hostage unless I deleted my honest feedback.

This company may get your vehicle delivered, but they’ll create chaos and manipulate the situation to maximize profit at your expense. Their tactics are deceptive, dishonest, and unethical. Stay far away.

Huck Logistics is still holding our $250 hostage until this review is removed.

Ryan Wilson is very patient and respectful, invaluable, and he works beyond. As a single mother, I recommend anyone who wants to ship their car to ask for Ryan Wilson. He will work with you tirelessly, and you will get a good deal. great team!!!

1. Communication was in vivid coloring, one party expecting a phone communication where as the hiring party (customer) was expecting a more personalized and respectful handoff service. The communication and dates of expectation along with respect to elderly and military working persons, I would NOT recommend those category of personnel to book unless you have the person SUPER VET your driver to ensure he understands and respects military/elderly persons. Other than that, i recommend this company and its positive experience to negociate for you. BUT BE WARNED to VET YOUR DRIVER.

David Finn, did his absolute best. He is an amazing person and does deserve to stay on this team. Unfortunately, he found a negligent driver that had threatened to hold our property. It was not his fault but the behavior of the driver who behaved recklessly and showed zero respect for the service member and his elderly family. David Flynn is an amazing person and his negociating skills got us savings. He was respectful and kind over the phone and did show the respect the driver lacked in this review. Nevertheless, he did promise not to hire Nu Transportation ever again and gave a negative review to the driver. Keep this guy here working for you guys but train him to become better at finding better drivers for the job!

After getting the runaround from several companies, David Finn with Huck Logistics made things happen. I was 8 hrs away from home when my vehicle broke down. Uhaul had trucks but no trailers or dollies, 4 other transport companies were pushy and were more concerned about money with no estimated time of pick up. David gave me a quote and started working on getting the truck picked up. The original plan was for it to be picked up that day but a breakdown delayed pick up. David worked to find another carrier to make the transport. David messaged me the next morning with a company name and contact. They were on site and loaded within 6 hrs. I really appreciate the quick response and communication that David had with the whole ordeal. Highly recommend David and Huck Logistics.

So David with huck logistics contacted me with my inquire of transportation of a vehicle that I bought for my daughter. I live in Pennsylvania and the vehicle needed transported to Florida. David was very great with his Communication and Willingness to go above and beyond to get me the best deal and greatest service. He was in constant communication everyday that fit my schedule and a driver/Carrier that would work for me!!! Once assigned to pickup, carrier and driver were very professional and detailed oriented. Provided everything I needed and asked for. I would highly recommend for anyone with transportation needs. Also David’s number is 313-572-3120

still havent picked up truck and now want double the money to ship it

I chose Huck Logistics from this site because they didn’t have any bad reviews. I however did not have a good experience with them. I dealt with Eric Williams and of course they had to have the reservation deposit paid upfront before they would commit to any thing. The contract was dated a month in the future and says that you will not deal with any other companies without forfeiture of that deposit. He four times said they would be picking up my vehicle the next day Dec 5,7 and 11 and on Dec 12 he said driver would come between 2 and 4pm. We kept changing events on our calendar to accommodate that but to no avail. When we asked about no contact from the driver he finally said if we increased the price he’d be able to get a driver committed so it ended up costing us double what was originally quoted. I did however like the driver we got. However I wasn’t happy when Eric (Huck Logistics) called two days before the drop was made asking for another $75. My advice to other consumers is to pick a company with a no or low reservation deposit $ so you can afford to forfeit it if you also get the same service we did.
