I ordered a rugby kit for my son and it never arrived. Shortly after I ordered it, I reached out to customer service and they replied so I was happy with this. However, the shirt has never materialised and there has been no reply since. The tracking code also does not work.

Disgraceful company. Returned an item for a refund. Had to contact them 8 times, they said they had refunded my account.
In the end I had to contact my bank and organise a charge back. So in total it took me 7 weeks to get the refund. Totally unprofessional and treat customers with zero respect

DO NOT USE!! Ordered rugby shirt, it was a very badly made fake. No way of contacting them except email. No address or telephone number. They replied after a few weeks of me hassling saying they would refund plus the postage. Not heard anything since, and that was a month ago. Address to return seems to be a post box within a shopping centre in Tampa. Would really give 0 out of 10 if I could.

Ordered the Irish 150th anniversary rugby top. Again didn't realise it was going to come from AliExpress and not Hub Irish. The bank that the money went to appears to be in the north of Ireland. Anyway the top is a fake, not a bad fake, but a fake nonetheless. Nothing fake about the price though.

I ordered a GAA top and it never arrived. I tried to contact them by their email address which is the only method of contact they direct you to (and isn’t easy to find!) However, I never received a reply or acknowledgement! Buyer beware!

All 3 rugby jerseys I got are made in China knock-offs. I don't expect them to last more than a few washes. The material used is far inferior to any other jersey I have and the badges etc are nearly coming off already.

I placed an order for Republic of Ireland top only eight months ago which arrived fine, but all of a sudden the actual badge & sponsor are starting to fade really bad!, which means the merchandise does not have any life in it all.

I feel that I was sold bad materials, i’ve hardly even worn or washed this top.
I emailed the company, but obviously no reply.
Stay clear of these frauds!!

Ordered a rugby top. Waited ages as it’s a Chinese company which isn’t specified at the time of ordering. When the top arrived it was far too small. Tried multiple times to contact them about how to return item for a refund but never got a reply. Stay clear!
