Worst camera/detection system
Worst camera/detection system. The camera will loose WiFi constantly, need reset all the time, sense movement when there is none, detect high temp when the temp in the room is not high. The company will give you reason after reason on why it does it or how to fix it but it’s all because of their poor quality product. Our camera is less than 50 ft from the modem, I’ve moved the camera multiple times. It’s always something the user does wrong, how about offer a better quality product for the price you are paying. My advice is literally buy any other product, this product is not worth the time or money.
Worse baby monitor
Worse baby monitor , I don’t like anything about it , the connections always struggle , the monitor extremely slow , the cameras always desconect , parents out there don’t buy this , it just looks so fancy , but doesn’t work for what is supposed to be . I wish I can get my money back .

Preface, Ive bought 4 baby monitors over the 11 past years of having children. Just had a baby in January. I thought this one was going to be even better. “Newer and improved.” Sadly I was super disappointed. In the past our monitors worked but slowly got older, were dropped or loss some function but held together for least 3-7years. This Hubble baby monitor started malfunctioning months into use.
It will no longer connect to my phone one of the main reasons I got it. It started to overheat. I thought maybe it was a fluke but it did it so many times and was hot to the touch. I kept having to unplug it because it was reading in the upper 90s for temperature. Needless to say this Hubble needs a recall.
I tried to contact support. They promised a replacement. Then never came through. Completely disappointed with their unprofessional responses and when I gave information they kept asking for information I already sent. Just giving me the runaround. So sad this really is dangerous to be sold.

So many annoying little issues
So many annoying little issues, often locked behind a paywall needlessly. Go on vacation and need to change WiFi networks? You have to delete and add it all over again. And good luck, it fails the first couple of times for no reason. Bizarre issues happen at times, such as the camera panning back and forth non stop. Bad connection issues. Constant trying to push their premium service, which is basically just giving features that should already be included but they want to nickel and dime you as much as possible. Definitely look elsewhere, there are much better products for the price.

Product built to last, is definitely not what Hubble do! It’s like they make it so it lasts just well enough to get out of your guarantee. Will never buy from them again.
Extremely Disappointing Service and Faulty Product
I am utterly dissatisfied with my experience with this company. I ordered a monitor, which arrived faulty right out of the box—it would not pair, rendering it completely unusable. When I reached out to customer service, the response was shockingly inadequate. Not only was there no confirmed date for a replacement, but they also flatly refused to offer a refund, leaving us both out of pocket and without a working device.
This complete lack of accountability and basic customer service is unacceptable. We now have to deal with a non-functioning product and the frustrating reality that the company is unwilling to take responsibility. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before trusting this company, as they clearly prioritize profit over any form of customer care.
Worst customer service, never sent replacement monitor
I was told by customer service that they would replace my defective monitor and it has been over a year since they made that promise. I have reached out, and been ignored at every attempt. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. Avoid company at all costs. I bought the Nursery Pal Skyview baby cam and after my son turned 11 months, the connection just randomly stopped and I am unable to pair the monitor with the camera as the camera doesn't do pair do mode for some reason. Customer Services advised they couldn't do anything as it was just before my son was born and became out of warranty. Really poor Customer Services and quality of products, AVOID!!

I love how easy this app is to understand and use.
Great for keeping an eye out while doing chores
Bought our hubble cameras when our baby buy buy went out of business. We used them heavily for the first 2 months and then stopped. Now that our little one is getting mobile we are plugging them back on, and they're a great help to getting chores done while keeping an eye on the play room.
This Hubble camera is okay!
I really like this Hubble camera, it does a wonderful job and keeping an eye on my 8-year-old grandson who has severe ADHD, and doesn't sleep very well at night. The only thing I really don't like about this Hubble camera is that if you move it in the room from where it's at it doesn't quite work the way it's supposed to, It has to reconnect and reconnect and reconnect and reconnect, It can be a pain in the butt!

My camera has stopped working twice now. This time it is out of warranty so I have to buy a new one... my last camera pretty much stopped working right at the end of the warranty
Nice camera, some annoyances
The camera quality is great, but wifi connection to the cameras is unstable, and most annoying is an ultra high-pitched beep (quite loud) that randomly emits from the monitor, perhaps 1-2x daily. Can't figure out what is causing it or how to stop it.

My experience for the last 3 months
The camera picture is clear and it warns me if noice is picked up too so it helps me have piece of mind about if my little one is awake or making noises. I enjoy the talking through the mic part too. If I'm in the middle of something I can hit the button and talk through it to ease the little one. Only thing that does get me is price wise but it's not over doing. It's on the high side but we make it work so we always know our little one is asleep and safe in bed while we are cleaning or having to tend to the siblings
