Soooo much adware and constant…

Soooo much adware and constant promotional notifications you can't disable. About 50/50 whether the app would even connect to the camera. Hubble just blamed our fiber gig internet, saying it was too slow (not as slow as their customer support response times though). Despite every other wifi connected device does great.

I would never recommend this to anyone. Just bad. The app, the user experience, the customer support all terrible.

I do really appreciate the app sending me a notification to take this survey though...lol

Like it a lot

Overall extremely satisfied with my experience with the Hubble camera quality, sound quality, and the app. Love being able to adjust camera angle from my phone.

We love our hubble we love the ease of…

We love our hubble we love the ease of the app and being able to switch between the 2 cameras is great bit for some reason it will say unstable connection even with full bars that's the only downfall for me other then that it's great

Great app and cameras, less great monitor

Overall, I really like Hubble both for the cameras and the app. I like being able to see my kids remotely and I've never had an issue with the app or the camera that I couldn't solve myself in under 5 minutes. (Sometimes the cameras lose sync with the app. Has happened maybe 3 times between 2 cameras in 6 months and is a super simple fix, either close the app completely and reopen, or delete the camera from the app, close it, and add the camera back. My only complaints are that I had some trouble figuring out how to cancel Hubble Premium, and at one point I thought it was canceled and I still received a charge the following month. Customer Service was great however and refunded the charge back to me immediately. The other complaint is the monitor. The monitor loses sync with the cameras pretty regularly, although it usually comes back in under a minute. The main issue I have with the monitor is that I've only had it for about 6 months and it's almost completely unusable now as it will not hold a charge very well at all. It has to sit on the charger for a long time to even turn on and takes HOURS to charge fully, and then dies much faster than it did at the beginning. This was a slow process over the past few months, it didn't just randomly happen. Disappointed in the quality of the monitor, but everything else has been pretty great!

Go with something else

If I knew how limited the guardian unit was vs the app I would have gone with something else. You HAVE to use the app for quite a few of the settings. I like that WHEN it works I can see my baby on the camera on the app when I'm at work, but the camera doesn't always connect to our wifi even with no changes to placement of the router or the camera. I could have bought a double camera system for cheaper.

I've been using Hubble for about 3…

I've been using Hubble for about 3 years and I think I've only had 1 issue. The device itself is pretty robust as it's been dropped several times. I do like the fact that the free version allows 2 people can use the same log in, allowing both my husband and I to use it.

Not the best...but not the worst!

Not the best...but doubt its the worst. I have bought two separate units in the past 2 years. Originally, I just bought the single camera with the parent unit. It worked well in the beginning, and as a FTM, I really appreciated the app and the ability to see my napping infant while I was at work. However, the parent unit quit working within 7 months of use. Despite resetting, changing chargers, cleaning charge ports, etc, it just died one day and wouldn't ever turn back on. I was already pregnant with my 2nd again so, no biggie, I needed to buy another camera anyway so I purchased the Cloud Twin (which came with a new parent unit). Well, again, it's been a little less than a year and the new(er) parent unit won't hold a charge/stay on. After researching, it appears it's a common problem. It's absurd that the life of the parent unit seems to be a year or less. However, I will say that WHEN it all works properly, it's been a great monitoring system - clear video, adequate volume, good connectivity (at least for me), love the app, option for nightlight, and with multiple kids, it's nice to be able to connect up to 4 cameras with a split screen. Just fix the dang parent unit problems!

Love the audio books on here so does…

Love the audio books on here so does the kid. Wish there was more variety. Also don't like that it says audio detected but have no option to listen to said audio. Would give 5 stars if that was changed but otherwise love it!

Love!

We really love the portability and versatility of this system. We use it when traveling and at home and it is seamless between Wi-Fi and non-Wi-Fi connection. The only dislike we have is the short battery life of the video monitor but love that we can use our usb-c chargers spread around the house. Definitely recommend!

This device SUCKS

Bought this device and it's not cheap and can't even use it. The app is so faulty they don't make updates and it won't allow me to choose what network to connect to. I do not recommend and will be going to the competition

Great camera

Great camera .. great pictures the video quality is amazing and the sound pick up is great as well and the night vision is amazing as well
