Thank you for your review, and we’re sorry to hear about the delay you experienced in receiving your certificate — we appreciate how important this can be.

To clarify, once a learner completes their course with HSQE Ltd, we immediately notify IOSH, who are responsible for issuing certificates. Under normal circumstances, certificates are issued by IOSH within a few days.

Unfortunately, IOSH recently implemented an update to their IT systems which introduced an issue affecting certificate processing times across all its approved training providers. This resulted in delays well beyond the usual timescales.

While this is outside HSQE Ltd’s direct control, we fully recognise the impact it has had on our learners. Our team has been in daily contact with IOSH throughout, actively supporting and chasing progress to help ensure certificates are issued as quickly as possible to our students.

We understand the frustration this has caused and are pleased that IOSH have been working to resolve the issue and return to normal service levels. We’re sorry to hear about the delay you experienced in receiving your certificate and appreciate how frustrating this must have been, particularly after the time and effort you invested.

To clarify, once a learner completes their course with HSQE Ltd, we immediately notify IOSH, who are the only organisation that can issue the certificates. Under normal circumstances, certificates are issued within a few days.

Unfortunately, IOSH recently implemented an update to their IT systems which introduced an issue affecting certificate processing times across all approved training providers. This resulted in delays well beyond the usual timescales.

While this sits outside of HSQE Ltd’s direct control, we fully recognise the impact this had. Our Tutor and Support Team responded to your emails and remained actively engaged throughout, and we have been in regular contact with IOSH to help progress outstanding certificates so far as possible.

We note that your certificate has now been issued, although we fully accept that the timescale you experienced was not acceptable and fell short of expectations.

While IOSH are the awarding body responsible for issuing certificates and providing definitive updates, we will reflect on your experience to see how we can further improve the clarity and support we provide to our learners during situations like this.
