Emma at Southend HSL was amazing
Emma at Southend HSL was amazing. She has a lovely bedside manner - my Mum has dementia and Emma was so gentle & patient towards her. She spent lots of time with me and my Dad talking us thorugh all variants of mobility chairs making sure that the fit was right. Very genuine no hard sell.

Went to Rayleigh store
Went to Rayleigh store, which is the Southend store. Tracey and colleague were very good and allowed my husband to sit for a long time to get the feel of the stressless chair. Good cup of coffee and no rushing us. Kind and attentive with lots of information.
Delivery was excellent too. Gold stars all round.

Bought our Glenmore leather chair Jasmine today, really helpful and knowledgeable. All staff were really professional and helpful and allowed us enough time to make our minds up on the chair selected, no hassle tactics at all, would certainly go back again. 😀

From the moment of walking in the door at Southend branch we were made to feel welcome by Emma and Tracey offering us a hot drink.
I had gone there to look at a leather rise and recline swivel chair, their knowledge about the product and making sure it was the right fit for me made me feel very comfortable and I was pleased to place an order.
HSL you should feel pleased to have two such lovely ladies working for you.

Excellent service
We visited their Southend branch this weekend. Emma was incredibly helpful, patient and kind with my elderly mother and me.
She was very knowledgeable and we are very happy with the chair that we have chosen.
There was a great selection and we did not feel under any pressure to make quick decisions.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for or assisting an elderly relative/friend in buying a new chair/sofa.

HSL Furniture
Tracey & Jasmine, at the Rayleigh branch, were really helpful, knowledgeable and were not pushy at all, they left us alone to look around the showroom to try all the chairs and settees. Very efficient and made sure my husbands rise & recline chair was the correct size for him. We went in for a chair but in the end decided to buy 2 chairs and a matching settee as they were so comfortable. Thank you ladies.

Excellent and warm service
We received wonderful service from Emma and her colleagues at Southend in choosing a suitable chair. It was evident that Emma's prime interest was our wellbeing. The staff were efficient and professional at the same time as being charming. We felt relaxed and able to take our time in coming to a decision and are delighted with the comfort of the chair. We highly recommend this store.

The customer service we received was…Second to none!!
The customer service we received was second to none. We were offered tea and biscuits and felt like we had known the sales staff for years. I want to thank Emma and Tracey at the Rayleigh branch for their outstanding customer service and support. I was in the shop for at least an hour and all of it was amazing. Thankyou ladies.
