HSL Chairs - Shrewsbury Omdömen 

Really enjoyed my experience at HSL Shrewsbury. I was greeted at the door by Tracey who made me a very welcome coffee and biscuits. I browsed a catalogue and Tracey showed me the settee that would be most suitable for my requirements. She didn't push me or rush me(I would have walked away if she had!)
Looking forward to delivery day for my new sofa. Barbara

We purchased two riser recliners chairs we were so pleased that we went back and purchased a three seater reclining sofa and two adjustable beds very pleased with the service and quality of the products. The staff did everything they could to make the selection of these items as easy as possible.

A very pleasant experience in the Shrewsbury store this morning with Tracey and Jodie. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. We came in to look at beds and Tracey and Jodie took us through everything we needed to know, both very knowledgeable and thorough. Took us through the pros and cons of each type of bed and mattress etc which made our choice very easy. Very happy with the whole experience and happy with our purchase.

We visited the Shrewsbury store 3 times before deciding which suite to buy. Each time we were greeted by Tracey. Her knowledge of the products was outstanding, she was able to advise what was/was not suitable for our needs. What we particularly liked compared with other stores is how we were left to browse if we wanted but she was on hand if we had a question. So many other stores, their staff follow you around like a shadow. We felt fully supported by her in making what was a very important decision for us. Thank you

The Shrewsbury store had exactly what we were looking for - which none of the other much larger retailers were offering. Tracey and her colleagues were welcoming and helpful from our initial visit through to the final sale. Time was spent discussing our needs and ensuring they were accurately met.

Second time hear , amazing service

Early January when we thought we were moving we visited Shrewsbury store. Sue and Lisa were so helpful, they listened to our requirements , Showed us options , left us to roam , sit and consider . Once we’d decided they explained further options shared fabrics and helped us get a comprehensive order set up . This was put on hold until the move became final. Taking much longer than anticipated we were able to confirm the order on 1/5 /26 . We now wait for delivery .

From purchasing to delivery all staff were brilliant. Tracey spent time with us ensuring we had all the information we needed to pick the right sofas for us. We had nearly every fabric out in the showroom. She had brilliant knowledge about the products, was friendly and very good at making coffee😂.
It was a long wait to get the sofas but as they are individually made that is to be expected.
When they did come we were not disappointed.
Chris and Terry were our delivery team and as with Tracey, they were very professional and knowledgeable.
We had a telephone call approximately 30 minutes before they arrived to say when they would be with us.
They explained everything to us as they were putting the sofas together and ensured that we knew how to use them. Everything was left spotless.
Very impressed from start to finish.

Absolutely brilliant support and no pressure. Very good quality products and wonderful staff, who made us feel welcome and even made us a cuppa.

I have several varied disabilities and my finding something comfortable to cater for all my worst needs is not an easy task to complete. I was extremely glad to have Lisa in the Shrewsbury store. deal with me. She listened to me and also questioned,when appropriate, to ask more as to my needs especially suggesting things I had never considered. She is a very knowledgeable Lady with a pleasant and bubbly manner.
I tried out several makes amd l model of chairs and ended up purchasing the very first make and model of hgair Lisa had suggested as likely to satisfy all my needs.
I was my great pleasure to be dealt with by Lisa. She is extremely good at what she does and deserves more stars that I can award her here,.

First class service today from sue and Phil from the shrewsbury store when purchasing a bed. They were 2 lovely people and very friendly, they never pressured us into anything, gave us plenty of time to think about our purchase. Oh and the coffee was lovely too. Thankyou sue and Phil xxx

Tracey was knowledgeable and spoke comprehensively about the product. Informative but not in an overwhelming way, generous with her attention and time. She encouraged discussion and enquiry making the process feel comfortable. The resultant buy was not cheap but we felt in charge of the decision making and are happy with the purchase. A swifter delivery time would have been the icing on the cake.

Top class service from start to finish at the Shrewsbury store. Friendly ladies helped us make the right choice and encouraged us with tea and biscuits!
We chose a 2 seater Ascot and 3 seater Burrows fixed with co-ordinating cushions.
The manufacturer kept us informed regarding a delay in obtaining our material choice on the Burrows but it was well worth the wait.
The delivery men rang to say they would be with us within half and hour and they were!
Both my husband and myself have back problems and find HSL products supportive and so comfortable you could easily fall asleep on them!
We highly recommend this company and would definitely consider using HSL again.

I visited HSL in Shrewbury Shropshire today. Excellent customer service. My comfort specialist was Sue W, there was another Sue as well. They were both very kind and patient. I had a lovely cup of tea and biscuits. Ive ordered my chair and look forward to receiving it. I will definately return to the showroom. Thank you so much for your help and kindness

Tracey, our Comfort Specialist certainly lived up to her title. From coming outside to put an umbrella over mum from the outset, listening carefully to mum's requirements, clearly and concisely explaining to mum all about the electric recliner chairs she showed us, she made it a relaxed, non-rushed, informative experience. We were both so impressed with the chairs that mum bought one on the day - however there was never any sales pressure from Tracey to do so - she actually encouraged us to go away and think about it if we needed to. Very impressed with Tracey and the company. Thank you for helping us.

Tracey, the sales person, was very helpful and friendly without being overbearing like some sales staff can be. She was very knowledgeable and helped guide me through all my options. I felt I was getting a real personal shopping experience.
