Jack & Martin were both helpful working above and beyond their normal work. They were respectful of our property, ourselves and made sure we understood the operation of our purchases. These two key workers are a credit to HSL.

The whole process was so good !

The visit to the care home by Charlotte and Graham on the 28th March 2025,where they showed mum the chairs, explained the process and she test drove one :-)

The speed of delivery, the chair was expertly delivered by Edwin and Garry having used the express service on the 2nd April 2025.

Thank you so much HSL -mum was so worried about the expense but you get what you pay for and the benefits are superb -mum is really enjoying the comfy chair and the fact it is movable means I can angle her to watch garden concerts if she cant make it out.

Mums real concerns were the time to deliver and you certainly did deliver on that.

Service first class but disappointed by delivery date.

Bought a reclining armchair. Very friendly and comprehensive help at the showroom, followed by, again, a friendly, helpfull experience from Martin and Jack during delivery this morning.

The chair is excellent.

We were allowed to browse at our own pace and try out a wide range of chairs that we were interested in. When we made a choice help was on hand and our questions answered fully.

Large range of the type of chair I was looking for. No pressure from the staff (except whether to have tea or coffee). Staff advising on the correct size of chair and features made it easier for me to choose.

Saffron was very knowledgeable and helpful today. Would recommend visiting and purchasing from the store.

A very helpful assistant called Saffron, who gave easy to understand advice without rushing me for a decision.
A chance to try different chairs .and sit for a long time on the chosen one.

The staff were really helpful, friendly & extremely knowledgeable, without being overly intrusive as we browsed .
They listened & answered all our questions & concerns honestly & patiently. We were neither hassled nor given the power sales pitch. We actually took a long time to get our choices just right & to make up our minds, over 3 visits, since this would be a large outlay for us.
The range of suites was excellent & the fabric choices wonderful. We appreciated the fact that it is a family run British company & one we could come to a local showroom. All in all an excellent experience. We are now eagerly awaiting the arrival of our 4 seater settee & 2 reclining chairs. The tea & biscuits by the way, was a brilliant touch!! Thank you.

I had a home visit from Charlotte and Grahame . They took time and effort to make sure I had the right size chair and that I was comfortable.

The member of staff , Gill, was very well informed, patient and helpful without being “ pushy”. We maintained contact whilst I went through several alternatives to suit my needs and she priced each possibility for me but gave me space to decide.

Helpful friendly staff who were patient and gave time to make constructive choices.

From the warm welcome by Saffron the sales representative to delivery today of our new mattress the service was excellent and seamless. Thank you to Edwin and Garry for their service in delivering and installing we are very grateful. Can’t wait for our new chairs and sofa to come in the next couple of weeks!

Fantastic company from the lovely Louise at the Maidstone branch all the ladies of customer care and the very tall delivery man Conor . Very pleased with our new furniture . Slight hiccup with sofa legs but customer care sorted straight away and new legs arrived within 4 days. Excellent service
