Superb team of people and company
What a company. I am totally overjoyed at the service given at the Guiseley shop...Richard on the phone and then John in store. Brilliant. Then the Customer Service Team ..went way beyond expectations and managed to deliver my mum's chair the very next day. Superb service. My mum (90 yrs old) really needed that chair after 5 weeks in hospital and struggling to stand and walk. She loves the heat on her back and the chair is helping toget her standing. Thank you so so much to all the team for making a difficult situation easy. Kindest Regards Sylvia 😀

Sue at the Guiseley shop was amazing
Sue at the Guiseley shop was amazing. My dad struggles with his speech due to a stroke. She waited for him to try and get his words out. Never tried to preempt what he was trying to say.
She was fully aware of his needs with the chair he wanted.
Explained everything to us.

Top class superior service
Excellent knowledge about the products and customers requiements by Sue at the Guiseley,Leeds branch.Going to this retailer s like going back in time where vendors actually cared about customers and explained the product wihout being pushy and esuring the customer was100% satisfied with their purchase.Many years ago i worked for a high quality furniture store and this retailer is of the same superior quality.Buying from HSL is the furniture equivalent of buying a made to measure outfit as everything is geared to total customer satisfaction.Highly recommended.

Great experience at the Guiseley Store
Polly at the Guiseley store was lovely, very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. She assessed our needs, demonstrated options and helped us to choose the right recliner sofa for us. We are happy with our choice and are are looking forward to receiving our new sofa in about 6 weeks time which is very quick for a bespoke item. We are very satisfied with our experience and HSL will be our first choice for specialised quality furniture in the future.

Buying a Riser/Recliner
Sue greeted me at the door took me to appropriate seating. Listened carefully and then advised about my needs. She left me to consider options and try out chair mechanisms, with Tea and Biscuits. Manager Richard also came to help and desk with paperwork. Bought chair & awaiting delivery. Both Sue and Richard wonderful.

Fantastic all round service & product
Salesman Richard made us welcome at the shop and took the time to help us find a suitable chair, he didn't rush and wasn't pushy. The chair itself is fabulous and the delivery guys brought it within a few days and set it up and demonstrated its capabilities. very pleased with the End to End journey

Outstanding Service
The lady in the shop was lovely - professional, calm, answered every question and aimed at being informative, helpful and kind, rather than aggressive seller. She followed up on all her promised calls, correspondence and I have every confidence that if we had any issues and I contacted her she would move heaven and earth to help me. The lads who just delivered our chair went the extra mile to carry it up a difficult lane and were smiley, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. I don't mind paying for excellence like this. Well done everyone! And thank you.

Perfect!
