We were welcomed the moment we set foot in the showroom. The staff were really lovely & extremely helpful. Liz knew exactly what type/ size of chair my husband required, super grande model was spot on with R & R. Very pleased with all your staff too, made it a nice time & a few laughs as well, it made parting with my hard earned cash..... Easy.😂 Can't wait to see the chair. Such a great experience. Charlotte was very knowledgeable and guided our choice to our perfect chair and sofa. She genuinely listened to our needs and made the whole process easy and pleasant. We were not pushed into anything and couldn't be happier. Lovely cup of tea too! Highly recommend.

Easy to order over the phone, and the delivery guys were great, polite and helpful - attaching the legs to the chair and taking away the rubbish/packaging.

The service received throughout was fabulous. Staff at the store were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were not rushed to make our decision.

HSL absolutely excelled in all our contact with them. From the first visit to their showroom in Dewsbury, to telephone communication to text message on delivery day we can't fault them at all . All the staff are friendly and welcoming and our delivery drivers Damion and Tom were on time (in fact a little earlier than stated) so we are more than pleased with HSL. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend HSL at all.

From start to finish, HSL Chairs were great.
Went in to their showroom to have a look at the products. Someone then did a house visit to do a fitting assessment on my father. No sales pitch, just good sound advice.
The chair that we then decided on was delivered in good time with good communication and a professional service throughout.

They came to my care home with a sample of the chair that they thought suitable for my condition and size. They spent a good while demonstrating the chair and it movements. They delivered my chair only 3 days later and it is proving excellent. It provides comfort and ease to affected legs and back. Although it is expensive I can understand the cost because of their excellent product and vustomer service.

The ladies who attended to us were very helpful & offered us lots of ideas & suggestions.
We only went in to look at recliner chairs & ended up buying a matching sofa & arm chair as well!

The customers service at the store was excellent, giving plenty of time to try different chairs for comfort. My personal measurements were taken to make my chair a perfect fit.
The delivery was made by Carl F. and Lee, an excellent team, who rang to give me a delivery time and explained the use of the handset and care of the chair.
