We visited the Cheltenham store three times before deciding on our purchase.
Lucy was a very salesperson - friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and VERY patient.
She didn’t hassle or push towards a sale at any point. She just answered all our questions and allowed us to take our time in deciding the best combination of furnishing to fulfil our specific requirements.

staff very welcoming
staff very welcoming - even to our large greyhound - and they were very knowledgeable and helpful especially Lorraine who directed me immediately to the perfect chair to suit my size and issues.

Very helpful staff
Came into the Cheltenham store looking for a new three piece suite. Jemma was very helpful and clearly explained the options. We ended up purchasing the three piece suite and are looking forward to enjoying it.
Alyson was also very helpful.

Pauline, you were fantastic today, nothing was too much trouble.
It was lovely meeting Ben also and discussing HSLs history etc.

We were were encouraged to look round the store …
We were allowed to look round the store without being hovered over which was lovely. This allowed us to try out various chairs and decide which one we preferred before consulting an assistant (Lorraine)) who was very helpful, hospitable, and efficient in dealing with our order.

Wonderfully looked after by Jemma at…
Wonderfully looked after by Jemma at Cheltenham, given time - and a coffee in a china mug, she really listened to us and we felt we had the space we needed to make a decision which included leaving the store to go away and think about it. She was very well informed and very alert to what we needed. Thank you.

I have just purchased a bed from HSL Cheltenham. The service in the showroom was fantastic, they were so patient and helpful. The staff who arrange deliveries were a delight, so friendly yet professional. A rare thing these days!

Pauline and Lorraine (Cheltenham brabch) gave my husband and me excellent advice. We chose our recliner/ riser chair and are very pleased with it. It will do wonders for my rheumatoid arthritis!

From ordering my chair last week to its delivery this morning the service has been exemplary. The delivery team were punctual, efficient, polite and particularly helpful.

Great service in the shop at Cheltenham the staff went out of their way to help use. We have had delivery today of our chairs. Very happy with them. The company have kept us informed from beginning to end. Would highly recommend them.
