I needed a reclining chair for my wife, looked on website, saw what chairs were on sale, so we went along to Burnley store, looked around and said to my wife they have lovely furniture, 2 ladies on duty, very helpful, professional explained everything, best bit was we had a coffee, delivered on time, explained how the chair works, all in all good experience with HSL. would and have recommended HSL. to a family member, and yes they have purchased a chair.the other day,

After waiting for 6 weeks to the day…
After waiting for 6 weeks to the day that I ordered my recliner chair it arrived and I was truly delighted with it.Chris & Terry were excellent talking me through the instructions and placing my new chair exactly where I needed it to be placed. from the day that I ordered my chair everything went so smoothly I can recommend HSL to all.thank you Chris & Terry for being so professional. ( not a white glove in sight ) thank you all at HSL.

HSL are an established family owned company so it was important to me to support that. From the moment I entered the showroom everyone was very professional , helpful and friendly throughout the process of buying my chair. Thanks also to Paul and Jon the delivery men. I would fully recommend HSL.

Good to know there are still people who care.
Visited the Burnley store recently and Val & Jill were brilliant. My husband has had a stroke and is using a 4 wheeled walker they were so considerate of his needs this trip out was his first for 10 months and their helpfulness and thoughtfulness made it a great time. They went above and beyond what we expected and it was really appreciated.
