Ordering to Delivery and Set up of our new Sofa
The whole HSL Experience has been excellent. From the time spent in the showroom with Veronica and placing the order. Showing us some much needed patience trying many different sofa's to designing the one for us. That was in February, then 12 weeks later the Sofa was delivered by Martin and Jack. They were warm and friendly on arrival having called a couple of times to keep us updated on their progress to us. They got to work quickly getting the Sofa set up and tested. Followed by a quick demo of the different controls. That was it done, all very efficient, leaving us to enjoy the comfort of our new sofa. We highly recommend you try HSL you can expect a high quality product, professionalism and excellent service.

Excellent customer service
Having recently ordered a rise & recline chair from HSL, we returned to the Bristol store to view the beds. We were again warmly greeted by Carla who remembered us from our previous visit.
We spent some considerable time trying the different options available to us. Throughout, Carla was both knowledgeable and patient, allowing us time but always available to answer any questions or offer advice.
We await our delivery but have been very impressed by the attention and support we have received to date.

Excellent service
Visited the Bristol branch, staff were very welcoming and friendly. Hannah was extremely helpful, explaining the buying and delivery process, and fully answered any questions. I was encouraged to take my time deciding what was best for me before purchasing the corner unit.

On our visit to the Bristol store…
On our visit to the Bristol store we were given all the help and advice we needed by Veronica to select the correct three piece suit for us with no pressure . The furniture has now arrived and although only several days we are very pleased to date.

Give them a try
So I took my mum (93 years old) to HSL Bristol to look for an electric recliner chair.
We were greeted by Veronica as we were looking around. She was quite simply brilliant, Veronica was really knowledgeable about every product and nothing was to much trouble.
She listened to my mums needs and suggested products best suited to her. We did make a purchase and are very pleased with our choice. HSL make a good quality product at a reasonable price, but it was Veronica that sealed the deal for us.
