Simone was very helpful and attentive regarding our purchase, she always answered emails quickly and kept us in the loop, couldn’t ask for better help. However, the agent that showed us around the property didn’t seem to know what he was showing us, I asked to view the garden in the property and he wasn’t even aware that there was a garden. I would recommend Simone from HS but would also suggest to the company that to ensure whoever tours viewers around the property has done their research.
