Ordering en sending process was taking a long time but ok. The backdrops come directly from china and are offered on Alieexpress for a much lower rate. The material seams heavy enough but the prints,... Se mer

Not what I expected..
It took about a month to receive, and I was pretty disappointed with the end result. The website says that the colours may be different in real life, but I specifically ordered a particular design because of how white and bright it was. To my surprise, it was much darker and creamier when I received it, which is not the look I was going for at all and I am quite upset about it.

Dont overpay! Find a better place to buy
It took 3 weeks to arrive and came straight from China, you can find the same product with better quality and price in different platforms. Plus the quality was not great as my backdrops came with different sizes.

The backgrounds are really nice, but shipping wasn’t good.
The backgrounds are really nice! I ordered some previously and they were great. These didn’t get shipped all that well and they were bent when they arrived. Packaging should be reevaluated.

The back drops still curling after 2 weeks of laying flat. I do love them but seem to be getting smaller in size for same price.

Hello Brenda,
Please add some heavy books on top of the whole perimeter of the backdrops and it will stop curling.
As well, if you believe that size does not correspond please contact us via support@hqbackdrops.com
We would be happy to assist you!

Not happy with the backdrops when they arrived. Several of them had small bubbles on the surface (production issue?), had discolouration on the edges, or were damaged on the corners (I guess from shipping)
