really didn’t want to have to write a negative review but it’s just become too much of a joke.
Firstly all my emails were ignored when I was just trying to ask a product question eventually I just took the risk and ordered a hoverboard but then that colour I paid for was sold.
They offered me a second colour but that sold out too, so eventually we ended up with a colour we do not want.
To compensate, there they threw in a few free things like a bag and some protective wear which was ‘nice’; they also offered a helmet but five weeks later it has not arrived and they have not answered any of my emails. Judging from some of the reviews. I’ve just read now, it looks like I’ll be sending it all back anyway because a lot of them seem faulty. I would recommend buying elsewhere.
I gave them 2 stars because I do appreciate the free gear they sent for the stuff around but my daughter won’t be using this hoverboard without a helmet and it obviously won’t be here by Xmas.

The advertising says 2023 hoverboard half price. Then when you go to buy their 2023 hoverboard and it directs you to their 2022 model. I worked out that if you pay $349 instead of $299 apparently you get a 2023 model. My father-in-law emailed them and they replied to him saying sorry the 2023 is out of stock. At the same time I purchased (apparently) the 2023 model not knowing he had received that email. It has been delivered. I had emailed them November 23 asking how do I buy a 2023 model, no reply. After I figured out that if I pay $349 I should get the 2023 model, l bought it however did not receive an email confirmation. On November 30 I email them and said did you get my order? John replies, straight away and says yes we did, it has been shipped. I replied immediately and asked him to 100% confirm I have the 2023 model. No reply, I emailed again December 5, no reply and again this morning December 8, no reply. No one answers their phones at head office, it’s a computerised voice system. Have I been scammed? This is not how a good company operates.

Quick delivery. It's a gift for Christmas so will have to come back and let you know then.

Its been 7 working days now still havent received the 2 hoverboards i bought. Emailed 2 times as to what has happened to my order and still havent had any response as to why my order hasnt been shipped or delayed. Not a great first experience. I thought customer service would have been better than this! 24/7 on their website it said. And the order should have been shipped 24hrs after you buy it. Very very disappointed.

My daughter loves her hoverboard , she took right to it.

Shipping was fast, battery life is so much better than other similar products. Instructions to build the drift kart are dismal but pricing and everything else is perfect

The off road hoverboards I brought came with the the awesome carts. My purchase was easy via the website and delivery was so quick. My grandsons are getting these for Xmas.

Hoveroo is a great company to deal with. I have bought 4 for my grandchildren and they love riding them.

My son absolutely loves his hoveroo hoverboard, his words 'best present ever!'

The customer service I received was above and beyond my expectations, they went out of there way to ensure I received my hoverboard in time for my son's birthday. Highly recommend Hoveroo!

Got two for my soon to be 8 and 12 year olds. They love it and have been zipping around both inside the house and outside.
It was easy to order from the site, and with smooth and quick despatch and delivery to WA.

Service team looked at our returned hoverboard and sent us a replacement the team also sent us a tracking notice so we could see where the new hoverboard was and when it would arrive

We had some hiccups to start with - auspost sent our parcel to the wrong state - no fault of hoveroo. Then our charger stopped working and they immediately sent a replacement. Then there was an accidental break in the charging port of the main device and hoveroo sent a full replacement. I was impressed with their commitment to customer service.

It is frustrating not having a phone number to call but they are responsive and engaging via emails. They were committed to resolving our issues.

My son has ADHD and took to his hover board instantly. He uses it all the time especially around the house!

From order to front door delivery the process was fast and efficient with the outcome being, one very happy 8yo birthday boy. Our 6yo daughter actually got the hang of it quicker than our son. So looks like we may be back for another one.

Excellent customer service. I selected the wrong shipping type upon check out, I needed to upgrade to Express Shipping as my daughter’s birthday was fast approaching. May from Hoveroo Customer Service was kind and understanding, and so helpful. Hoveroo upgraded the shipping and got the shipment despatched that day. Really grateful for the amazing support. Product arrived in time, no issues, everything is perfect.

We got a Hoveroo for our kids 5 years & 7 years for Christmas and they absolutely love it. They both picked it up within about 15 minutes of riding it and were doing spins and tricks straight away. It was a good laugh for the adults to also have a go on Christmas Day, they defiantly didn't pick it up as quickly as the kids. They use it all the time, both inside and outside and we even take it camping.

We had a small issue with the charging port cables coming apart and customer service were amazing and replaced it with a new one straight away.

We have recommended these boards to everyone that asks and we love them. The kids love to pop on the music and dance away as they glide. We have also just purchased the hoverkart for our son's birthday next week, which we cant wait to give to him
