If I could give zero starts I would !

Was sent a faulty board which stopped for after 1 ride that last maybe 30min! Emailed to have this repairs which I had to cover the shipping costs to send it back !

It was retuned and again not even 30min on it and it’s stopped again ! Doesn’t stay balanced wheel has magnets drag and constant red lights flashing and beeping!!!

Sent emails and tried calling and contacting via Facebook with NO RESPONSE ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

NO customer service!!! Can't get hold of anyone other than emailing the Support Team (and no replies). Bought my son a hoverboard for christmas and it won't charge. Send me a youtube link to reset the hoverboard.... But how on earth do I do this if the hoverboard is DEAD!!!! WILL BE REPORTING THE COMPANY!!!!!

We ordered 3 x hoverboards with the cart accessory.
We purchased them for our kids Xmas presents.
Ok Xmas day we opened them and one of them was missing the arm for the cart & all the bolts.
I have emailed several times? Phoned and messaged via Facebook messenger and only had 1 email response and was not relevant to my issue.
I would not recommend this company at all. Absolutely useless communication and no regard for a customer that is unhappy and missing half their order. It’s been nearly 4 weeks and no sign of a resolution.

I paid for a board in early Oct to ensure it was here for my son's birthday in early Dec. On arrival the board was charged and immediately smelt like an electrical fire. I called the number provided on the website and emailed multiple times with no responce. It took 2 weeks to get them to agree to take it back and "assess" it. I had to send photos even though I said the issue was a "smell".
I was always the one initiating contact. After another week they told me the battery was swollen from us over charging it (not possible as it wasn't on charge long enough before it started smelling) and stated they would send a new replacement.
The board arrived and it was the same one. My son's birthday came around and he's tried it out and it goes flat after 5/10min.
Again I've called and called and sent email after email to find a resolution.
They eventually agreed to me dropping it back at the store in Auckland and pay me a refund. When i arrived the women said this is the only board we've had issues with but couldn't seem to remember any of our calls or emails. They had a shelf fully of broken boards.
I also purchased the Segway (so all up $429) which is good but doesn't come with any instructions how to ensemble.

If your looking for a reliable board, I'd shop elsewhere.

I have paid for a new battery, which hasn't been received and I've sent numerous emails with absoloutely no response (over 2 months)
RIP OFF BE AWARE!

Super speedy delivery++ but website was hard to manipulate at times.
Was happy with our final purchase but had to do a lot of research to find the exact product we were after. The ads / pop ups were off putting!
And when I rung the contact phone number there was no reply which made me suspicious about the validity of the website along with the different addresses for this business on their website. But now I have a very happy moko who loves his new hoverboard :)

Great service on the phone, and arrived the next day. Very happy 10year old - awesome product.. purchased the off road 8.5 inch

Called to see if was in stock it was and see if I could get delivered overnight I paid and by the time I got to work the next day was waiting on my deskvery fast and efficient
The lady I spoke to in the phone was very helpful and polite
I had one very happy birthday girl and is still smiling and happy with her gift have even had two more requests form her brother and sister so more purchases coming

We love the hoverboard even though it doesn't look like the one we ordered and doesn't have working blue tooth.
Board looks different to what was ordered, box had completely different specs but we have been assured we were sent what we ordered.

The lady that was at the storage was great and helpful and very supportive.She gave me great suggestionin regards to which hoverboard will be best to buy. The only downside was that it is not a proper store and just a storage room where you go. Customer service wise was a great experience.

Order arrived within 24 hours of placing it and in perfect condition. Excellent service thank you.
