Sports Jackets too small and poor customer service
I ordered two sports jackets that took over a month to receive. Once I received them I found they would not fit. I normally wear a size 2XL and I ordered a 4XL. Even this was two small. Their return policy states you must return in 14 days. Their return address is no where to be found and my half a dozen emails requesting a return address have not been answered. Stay away from this company.

I wish I had read these reviews first. I have ordered nearly a month now and not ever have I received any communications from them. I have to suck it up for now and say my $129 is a lost. Trying to find out if there’s any legal action I can take against them. I will never support any business advertising on Facebook

They sent damaged items for A$90. The item sent is not even worth A$10. They said will refund US$40 however no response since then.
Stay away from Houstonfog

Another spam of false advertising on Instagram
Did not Receive the same item as requested. Does not look at all like the item described in the advertising. No ressemblance at all. Be careful, a lot of items advertised on Instagram are scams. They do not really steal your money but they ship something that has no remembrante to what is shown in the advertising.

Awful. Ordered an item. Looking at website to send back. No return address. No phone number. Only a 14-day window on returns. Sent 3-emails with no response.

Bought 2 items for £33 ea and the quality on the material is good but the finish is terrible. They aren't assembled correctly... shame. I wore them once and realised the threads were coming out. I tried to return them back and they weren't accept them as I was 5 days off of the warranty.
