End to End Property Management services at Kolkata

Recently I have contracted Housewise for End to End Property Management services for my flat in Kolkata.I would like to thank the entire House wise team for the excellence support in helping me to rent out my property. Abhipsha and Satyajit coordinated the entire process smoothly and responded to my queries promptly, which made the entire process much easier as an owner. I have found them to be a very professional in their approach for managing properties.I would highly recommend their services.

Worst guys from tenant perspective

Worst guys from tenant perspective. I think this would hit the owners also as the tenants feel suffocated due to the way these guys operate. For the repairs they say it is tenant's responsibility. No clarity on the rent increases. They try to appease owners but if the tenant is not happy owners lose the business too.

As a policy, we do not allow people with bad behaviour, even if they are working in good company. Dealing with Sandhya was like trying to…

Dealing with Sandhya was like trying to get water from a stone, if the stone also had a massive attitude problem. Here’s a quick breakdown of the "service" provided:
​Ghosting Expert: She was incredibly fast at replying when it was time to collect the deposit. The moment the paperwork started, she vanished.
​Total Lack of Transparency: She conveniently "forgot" to mention several hidden maintenance fees and issues with the property that were glaringly obvious the day I moved in.
​Rudeness as a Policy: When I tried to follow up on promised repairs, she was condescending and acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking for the bare minimum.
​Unreliable: We had scheduled three different walkthroughs; she was late to two and completely stood me up for the third without so much as a "sorry"

With reference to your recent review and our previous discussions, we would like to formally highlight the serious breaches of the Leave and Licence Agreement committed by you:

*Breach of Notice Period*:

As clearly stated in the Leave and Licence Agreement, there was an 8-month lock-in period along with a mandatory one-month notice period prior to vacating the property. You failed to serve the required one-month notice and instead chose to dispute the penalty payable. Despite this clear breach, the owner acted in good faith and was kind enough to waive the rent for the notice period, which was not an obligation but a concession.

*Unauthorized Duplication of Keys*:

You made a duplicate key of the property without any prior intimation or written consent from the owner. This is not only a direct violation of the agreement but also a serious matter with legal implications and a criminal offence. Such actions compromise the security of the property and are completely unacceptable.

*Unreasonable Dispute of Penalty*:

Given your position as an SBI Bank employee, we expected a responsible and law-abiding approach in adhering to contractual obligations. However, you not only breached important terms of the agreement but also persistently argued for a complete waiver of the penalty amount, along with the cleaning expenses, despite the clear financial loss caused to the owner. Such conduct reflects a disregard for the agreed terms and the consequences of non-compliance.

*Unauthorized Repairs and Maintenance*:

Repairs and maintenance activities were carried out by you at the property without obtaining the owner’s prior consent. This is a clear violation of the agreed terms. Nevertheless, the owner acted considerately and bore the cost of those repairs, despite not being obligated to do so under the circumstances.

When our team opposed your unwarranted demands, you chose to post this review nearly eight months after accepting the refund of the security deposit paid by the owner.

We are glad that we resisted attempts of fraud by you and did a fair job for the owner, i.e., our customer.

Its because of people like you that owners hesitate to rent out their property. People like you are responsible for creating mistrust in Indian society.

Happy with the rent agreement service

I recently got rent agreements prepared through Houswise for two of my flats, one in Noida and another in Thane, and had a very good experience overall. Pranali coordinated the entire process smoothly and responded to my queries promptly, which made the experience much easier as a customer. I was also happy with the pricing, as the charges were reasonable compared to some other companies. I would highly recommend their services and would gladly work with them again in the future.

I am amazed with the partnership…

I am amazed with the partnership provided by Housewise for a resale transaction of my property. The overall professional approach ad understanding has been satisfying as a client. A special call out for Sarita and Arshad who stood out in customer service. Thank you Housewise and will be using this platform for all my future requirements.
