We were very happy and comfortable in this central 6th floor studio flat. The 2 flights of stairs we had to climb were neither steep nor long. We had plenty of room.

we have used HouseTrip for a few annual vacations and we have always been happy with their service and help. We hope to continue doing that for our future holidays.

We stayed in Bordeaux during Euro2016.
Hotels were scarce and incredibly expensive I and came across HouseTrip.
We stayed in an apartement in the centre of the city with great access to all the sites, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
The apartement was fantastic, the hosts great and the cost to stay there was so reasonable.
I highly recommend HouseTrip and from now on for me on staying in hotels on holiday could be a thing of the past!!

My family use this type of accommodation quite often. This will be the one and only time we use House trip.

House trip gave no reason for cancelling our original booking, it wasn't the owner of the property that made the decision it was House trip. We have NEVER had a cancellation prior and have never heard of the company cancelling.

As a direct result we had to scramble to use the money we had already invested on another property in the East Village at an extra $1500 AUD to us. House trip took NO responsibility or did they offer to assist with the extra costs. They only wanted to offer % off the next trip which will never happen as a direct result of taking no interest in the problem they created.

I will NEVER recommend HOUSE TRIP EVER! Although I did recommend the location and accommodation we stayed at. Hopefully I will be able to book that location through an alternative House Trip option

We found House Trip to be efficient, reliable and usefully informative.
The reminders were well timed.
The delay in paying the host for 24hrs after arrival was reassuring.

After the initial host of another rental cancelled with no further notice, we've been refunded swiftly and found another place that we liked and where things went really smooth.

We stayed in a great apartment, looked after by a great host. The description was completely accurate on the website and communicating with our host was really easy. We had a fabulous time in a great place and having used House Trip to book, I would have no hesitation in doing so again!

From start to finish could not ask for more... House Trip has a reputation to uphold and they did not let themselves down . Would recommend to all my family and friends to use dfor their future trip abroad, Than you House Trip.

This was the second apartment we booked through House Trip. The selection of properties available was extensive and the photographs accurate. Payment was not taken until we had arrived and been satisfied with the properties. We were able to communicate with the owner via House Trip and received prompt responses. I highly recommend House Trip and will definitely use them again.
