First time I have used House of windows
This is the first time of using House of windows, and the communication was excellent, delivery was early on the appointed day. No waiting around for most of the day.
The delivery driver was pleasant and polite, I had to bring the frame and glass from the van to my property, but this was expected.
The frame was well protected, and obviously the glass required careful consideration and storage.
Would I use this company again? Yes I think so.

While placing the order I had lots of support with confirming the sizing and style. Delivery was offered for a certain day but then 2 days before the date got changed. Then given delivery window and they turned up an hour before the delivery window when nobody was home. Also make sure you have someone who can help unload, this is in the small print. Windows do fit well and look good.

I'm sorry that the window arrived slightly earlier than anticipated. The window of time given is an anticipated slot of when the driver will arrive, taking in to account traffic and drive time. On the odd occasion a delivery may arrive earlier than expected.
It was of course, unfortunate that no-one was at home at the time of arrival, but I can assure you that we're dedicated to ensuring that products are left in a safe space when a house is unoccupied.
I am of course, thrilled to hear that the windows were installed with ease and look great.

They get the important things right
Supplied with correct glass at a standard buildup, frame and cill did not arrive combined, did not arrive glazed. I don't need to worry about having to de-glaze for installation. I didn't bother buying the fixing pack, as long as you are frame fixing or have your own lugs you should be fine.
