Great Work of the House Doctors…
This review concerns the House Doctors of Fort Myers, Florida and, in specific, its local representative, Steve. My job involved a single family home in northwest Cape Coral and a failing caulk line between the pool and the lanai surface. Steve demonstrated a commitment to getting the job done well above expectations. His first assessment of the project provided him with what he anticiapted to be a simple task - remove the old, caulk patch and seal the area between lanai and pool. Unfortunately, the lanai had settled more than anticipated creating a significant gap in certain areas along the caulk line. After cleaning out the old caulk, Steve attempted to use a filler and then caulk over that filler to seal the area. It did not work. Instead of coming back to the homeowner with excuses and increased cost estimates, Steve did what a professional should do, he tackled the job using a different substance while maintaining the original project cost proposal 'as is.' Steve was very communicative ensuring that the homeowner was home, that the visit time was convenient, and making contact when 10-15 minutes away from the house. I strongly recommend House Doctors of Fort Myers and, in particular, Steve. Steve seems to work the Cape Coral and North Fort Myers areas.

Quality work, done to professional standards.
We've used House Doctors for a number of repairs/improvements on our new (older) house. The most recent job we contracted with them for, was removing carpet, and installing laminate flooring, in our downstairs guest room. They arrived at the specified time, worked continuously throughout the day, and were finished by late afternoon. When they left, the room, adjoining room, and garage, were spotless. The new flooring looks tremendous, and I am highly pleased.
