Excellent service from Hoults from start to finish. S special mention to Megan in the office and Andy who drove 350 miles with our possessions and even though he was exhausted at the end of the day made sure the beds were assembled and all our goods had been unloaded

Moving home is one of the most stressful things you can do… I have done it twice in as many years and the guys from Hoults have made it as bearable and hassle free as I imagine it could ever be.
The whole team were professional, polite, helpful and completely understanding of how stressful the situation can be. They always go the extra mile and nothing ever flusters them. They moved everything from pool tables, to Peloton machines they had never even seen before. Dismantled and reassembled at the other end with haste. The team was managed by Andy S (both times) and the man is phenomenal at his job. They all are.

Amazing service from start to finish. Great mix of technology, customer service and Andy and the gang worked incredibly hard to make the process really smooth. Especially tough as the two days that I moved were really hot but they were pleasant and helpful at all times.

Hoults moved us out a few days ago, and we've already given them a five star review for their excellent work. (Given that we had no power all day and the electricity board had dug up the road into our (remote) village, that should perhaps have been a 10 star review!). I just want to add a note of thanks to Niall, who wasnt on the original team, but who collected some items for us separately the following day (when the road was still dug up!). We look forward to having the team move us into our new home in a few weeks. Meanwhile, thanks again.

Hoults were a great decision for me from the start. All the staff from the office to the video survey to the packing and moving team were friendly, efficient and well informed. The packing and moving team (Andy C, Andy S and Paul) worked very hard and were easy company during what could be a difficult experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough and feel sure that my belongings will be well kept in the storage facilities before a smooth delivery when the time comes.

We used Hoults removals Newcastle upon Tyne, with the packing and moving service from Heaton to Benton. The guys were great from start to finish, everything was carefully wrapped and boxed with no breakages and after a bit of a delay in receiving the keys they called in more pairs of hands to help. Andrew (Andy) and Paul delivered our furniture to day from storage in Newcastle to our new home in Eastbourne. They were professional, courteous and on time. Unloaded and back on the road north again in under three hours, having driven from Peterborough to Eastbourne this morning. These two are a credit to Hoults. Our whole Hoults experience from first removal to storage twenty one weeks ago in Durham to the delivery to day has been excellent. Thank You

Big thanks to Euan, who did the estimate and all the follow-up work, Megan in the office, and especially to Davey, Andy, Owen, Duncan and Bob, the five-man Anglo-Scottish team who moved our stuff out of our house and into storage pending Hoult's return some weeks hence to move us into our new home.

The team worked like trojans, with courtesy, friendliness and good humour - nothing was too much trouble. The five of them emptied a substantial 4-bedroom house with speed, care and efficiency. Euan ironed out any queries with the office in a similar manner.

Hoult's quote was competitive, and all paperwork, confirmations and details were communicated clearly and promptly.

Thanks again, everyone; you've helped greatly to smooth the path through one of life's more stressful experiences, as I'm sure you will have done and will continue to do for many others. We look forward to seeing you again at the move-in.

We contacted several removal companies when we were moving house and Hoults’ was the most striaghtforward. The representative who visited to estimate what would be involved in the move, and the cost, was very clear and helpful. The removers arrived on time, worked hard, very professionally and with good humour. There was a problem with the main lorry that was being used for the removals, so the work took longer than expected on the second day, but the men made sure that everything was completed by our deadline. Our belongings were stored with Hoults until our new house was ready, and the transfer from storage was similarly straightforward. The men responsible for the transfer were different from those involved in the original removal, which suggests that our original experience was not a one-off.
The overall cost seemed reasonable for the service that was offered, and we would be more than happy to use Hoults again.

Very professional from beginning to end. They put us at ease, we moved on the 12th July 2022. Arrived on time and never stopped. The guys were great. I thank them for an nice easy move and will definitely recommend them.

I decided to use Hoults, Newcastle because the company has existed for a long time. My initial enquiry by phone was attended to by an efficient manager, Megan, whose expertise made me feel confident that the move would be a successful one. She arranged for an assessor, David, to visit which resulted in a schedule being drawn up. On the day, the van arrived with a two-man team, Andy and his assistant, Craig. They have a tremendous work ethic, they toiled ceaselessly to deliver the goods, and I can recommend them all, unreservedly. Thanks, everyone, you all deserve the highest praise.

I used Hoults to help me move from one end of Whitley Bay to another. I packed everything up but used Hoults to load and unload my items on to the van. The lads were excellent the majority of my belongings were loaded on the day before my move. The next day they loaded the rest of the items then returned to the depot while I waited for my keys. There was a delay in getting my keys (4pm) and I was worried about having my items unloaded late in to the night however I needn't have worried. The original crew of 3 were joined by another 4 lads meaning my possessions were unloaded in just over an hour. Excellent service would recommend. Hoults moved our belongings into storage a couple of weeks ago before we move in to our new house. Their service thus far has been faultless. Michael, Dom and Aaron were professional and polite and made what is a stressful time go smoothly.

Hoults handled my move this week and the whole process couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Matty and the lads, were extremely helpful, polite and hard working and made the move as stress free as possible. Would highly recommend them.
