Great company to deal with.
Ordering was so easy from this company. The staff were so helpful from.sales to installation. The hot tub itself is qaulity we love it we turn it down to 31 degrees to save electric and everytime we open the cover it never drops below 32 degrees. Which means cover and tub combined works very well and we have had some dreadful weather. A very happy customer.

Good customer service from start to…
Good customer service from start to finish. Bought full delivery and set up package having shopped around and we’re glad we did. Delivery team did everything and explained what we needed to do to maintain things going forward. We have now been enjoying the tub for several weeks and would recommend using the company.

Great advice on maintenance and chemical balance ,tips on cleaning

Solar Stream 6 Seater
We bought the Solar Stream 6 Seater and had it installed in early June. We are delighted with it. Hot Tub Master kept us informed on delivery dates and delivered on time. They made sure we were ready to receive it and that meant when it arrived we simply filled it and plugged it in. They gave us lots of information about using and maintaining the Tub. It has really enhanced our garden to make it a fantastic socializing area.

Purchased a Star Stream 2 from Hot Tub Master, great price, great communication and clear instructions given on the confirmation email.
Hot Tub delivered and installed by the team without any issues and on the given date and time arranged with the installers.
I love my hot tub and purchasing from Hot Tub Master was a hassle free simple process, 100% recommended.
