Excellent service from Ordering through to delivery, The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, received emails with the Hot tub instructions and use of chemicals so we could read through before delivery,Electrical information supplied for electrician, The delivery guys were fantastic, as we were in the middle of a pandemic, can't thank them enough as it was the hottest day of the year,
The Support Team are always happy to help with any queries We may have, also lovely to receive follow up calls to make sure everything is ok with the hot tub.

Great service pre and post sale
Great service pre and post sale. The staff were incredibly helpful pre purchase helping us decide which hot tub would be most suited to our needs.
They delivered on time and helped with installation.
We’ve had no problems at all since install and we’ve even received a couple of courtesy calls to check everything is ok.
Would recommend this company.

Professional helpful company
Julian was very helpful, explained all the options available on the hot tub, we got a Hunter Y and it was delivered quicker than expected, installation was very good, still waiting for the extra winter cover but was told this would be following shortly.
